I've recently found this really awesome site full of workout routines. I love that they are almost all under 20 minutes and extemely high intensity, dynamic and engaging. I've started doing these routines on days that I work because I just don't have the time to make it to the gym. A lot of them are interval training workouts or time challenges which are great for me because I get bored so easily and love to challenge myself. I hope someone else finds this site as helpful as I do... And if anyone else can reccomend other similar sites I'd love to check them out as well!!
