Crest White Strips (not the 5min/daily ones, but the reg ones). They're the best aside from like dentist in-treatment laser ones.

Get the whitening Rembrandt toothpaste. The box with the green letters. Along with Listerine's whitening mouth wash. Your teeth will whiten instantly!
I use this stuff. Picked it up from Wal-Greens for 6 bucks. Works like a charm in just 15 mins.

Hydrogen Peroxide, just a little in the mouth & brush, that is what is in the teeth whitening gels. I use that in between dentist treatments, just be careful not to do it daily because it will mess up your enamel.

oil pulling with cold pressed coconut oil. Also great for general mouth hygiene.

baking soda also works, get your toothbrush wet, dip it in the baking soda until you cover the top off the bristles and brush like normal, rinse, dont swallow it. It tastes awful, but I have done this when my smoking was reallllly bad and it does work, my teeth become very sensitive when I use "whitening" tooth pastes and strips.

How do you do this? I'm a huge fan of coconut oil but not sure how to perform oil pulling. I use it pretty much everywhere else already though.

I think there's a few threads on it here but the short of it is take a spoon full of oil in the mouth,
And swish and pull it back and forth through your
Teeth with suction. Keep it from the back of your
Throat especially when you're still new to it. The goal is to do this for twenty minutes but in the beginning
you can work up to that by five or ten minutes, or,
Do what you can then spit it out and take a new spoonful. Great for teeth, allergies, depression,
Bronchitis, et. al.
When I oil pull, which isn't as often as I should,
I go until I feel the mucous build up in theback
Of my throat then spit out the oil and mucous
Afterward.
