    Default Noob :)

Hey so I just started dancing The other day and I was wondering will the jitters/nerves/stiffness whilst dancing go away after time? I'm limiting myself to a drink or two a shift so I don't have to rely on booze, this is also something I've wanted for a while so don't want to stuff it up. It's no lap dancing only stage dancing at my club and I can't use a pole yet so trying to come up with different moves whilst just standing around makes it hard too. Also will Customers tend to be forgiving on your first few dance or two?
    Thanks

^^^ It definitely gets better. When I first started, the first time I got on stage my legs felt really weak because I was so nervous I was shaking lol. But after a bit, it became more fun, and then after that it became routine. Now, I can go on stage and do my set and get off the stage, and I do it without even thinking about it. I've been on my phone before and got called for stage and been like "ah shit, back in a minute", put the phone down and danced on stage, and then gone back to the phone like "back sorry, yeah so..." lol! Good job not relying on alcohol, I think a lot of new girls make the mistake of drinking to ease their nerves, and then when one night they're sober, they're as nervous as hell coz they're so used to using drinks as a crutch.

Customers are definitely forgiving when you're new, most of them think it's a turn on that they're one of the first people you've given a dance to, and I guess they see newbies as still being innocent or something? When I was new, I tried to hide it at first, and then I started saying I was new and guys were like "oooh, well I'd better break you in with a dance then, huh? " so it helped for me being new. Just watch out for guys that try to give you "advice" like telling you most girls normally touch them more, or most girls normally give them an extra couple of minutes free, and BS like that. They sometimes think they can get away with shit because you might not know better.

Like Miss_McK said, customers are VERY forgiving of new girls. I think the most important piece of advice you can get for stage dances is to make eye contact with the customers and look like you're enjoying yourself up there. That goes a hell of a lot further than fancy pole tricks or dance moves ever will.

Yeah, I already have some regulars from bartending there, I found alot of the older men I attract lol. It's the randoms who walk in and buy a ticket who I don't want to let down, I play the whole "I'm new" act, I just feel like I'm a bit more amatuer than other newbies who start out, that could just be my own paranoia though. Thanks for the affirmation girls I've been stalking this forum for a while but didn't wanna register until I actually started! X

They get to see titties, I doubt they feel let down!

The fact that you are familiar with the enviroment already, from bartending there, is a huge advantage. Otherwise, it's like any job/thing-it does get easier over time. So, don't be too hard on yourself. Also, some custies REALLY dig the "new girls"-I've seen some girls make great money from playing the new card (not even on purpose lol), so enjoy it while it lasts !

I did my first private dance and man it boosted my confidence! Was so much easier than being on stage, I got a rush from it. I wasn't even meant to be dancing, I was on waitressing then I got offered and walked home with just shy of 500 bucks. To other noobs reading this I am the most socially awkward nervous weirdo you'll meet if you're nervous just jump out there and get naked if you think you want to!!
