Default making money in a club full of loyal regulars?

So I just started this new club and it's got a ton of loyal regulars to girls there. This is something that I'm not used to because my previous club catered to more travelers than locals. Although I respect they're there to see another girl and appreciate them letting me know upfront so I can keep it moving, it does get discouraging after a while! Sometimes it takes approaching the 6th time before I find someone who isn't already attached to another girl. What do you all recommend? After working there a while will I get familiar who are the regulars and who aren't? Or just keep approaching until I find someone? Many girls say it's easier making money there than my previous club but I'm finding it harder, I'm not much of a regulars girl. I can't keep up the act. I've worked there 3 nights and did have one decent night & one do-able night, last Sat was insulting!!! Am I being too impatient? This is just a totally different atmosphere than I'm used to.

I work in a small club with many regulars and many guys who "dont buy dances anymore" but come in to hang out for a few hours anyway. I eventually stopped talking to them because it seemed like a waste of time/energy. BUT recently, I have overhauled my old hustle and come back with a much better one that involves talking to everyone, often. Its been working great, but specifically theres one customer, for months, always use to tell me he was waiting on another girl but still, I would greet him, flirt a bit, maybe more brief sexy conversation if the club is dead, say aww okay now go have fun! *big smile* Now, he turns other girls down and waits for me because he liked my attitude so much, eventually bought dances, and tells me how I am turning into his favorite. The other older guys who just treat the club like a bar and never get dances tend to tip certain girls on stage and I wondered why they got tipped but not others & I figured out its because those girls take the time to talk to them and just say hello too even though they will not buy dances. So I am going to start chatting them up a bit and see what happens. It all adds up right!? I love doing stages and hate not getting tipped so those dollars matter to me lol. There are some regulars I will never win over, no matter how much I consistently chat them up, but I figure it doesnt hurt to work the room anyway, look busy, and introduce yourself so regulars know who you are, you might grow on them! If any of their favorites arent around one day, maybe youll get a shot at that money.

I should also say, I made sure I was careful not to be accused of "stealing" someones customer, there is also not too much girl drama at my club, luckily. If the guy tells me right away, right after saying hi, hes waiting for someone then I take it as hes very dedicated to his favorite and move on. IF he eventually tells me hes waiting for someone but gives me some time to talk or compliments me before telling me & I can tell hes somewhat attracted to me, then I take it as maybe I can make a sale later so keep up the charm.

I can see why the girls would tell you its easier money...I have been at this club 7 mo now and customers have become more and more familiar to me especially since I started working a consistent schedule. When I see a customer I know because I have already danced for him in the past, I see $ because I already know he loves me. I dont have to worry much about actually making the sale, I think to myself so how much can I get out of him THIS time?! Hope I helped, stay positive!

Definitely always be upbeat and positive when a customer tells you he's waiting for another girl. If you're feeling bold, you can always offer him a "warm up" dance or tell him you're willing to help if he wants to spice things up. Don't do this if the girls you work with are territorial though.

Overtime you will be able to recognize the regulars, know the avoid them, and that'll leave any newcomers open for you since you won't be wasting your time.

It's also very important to work as regularly as possible, so you can cultivate your own regulars who know when to find you.

    Don't worry, it'll get better!

LG if you are where I think you are, my advice is to hightail it back to your old club.
All the girls at *suspected current new club* have lunch and text all day etc w/ their regulars... don't even start me.
The ones that don't are just ok with only making money sometimes. Blah
