Default What's the smartest way to take Oxylite Pro?

I've read the threads on here a couple times.
I've been in the midst of changing my eating habits (even on my cheat days I'm mostly better than I used to be,)
and working out most days for a couple of hours (doing classes, with a little bit of solo machine exercise.)

The last couple of days have been poo. I cheated and had a burger, chili cheese fries, and a soda and I honestly
feel like my body went "what the fuck!" out of whack for 24+ hours. I had zero energy, and didn't exercise either
    days.

I've used Oxylite Pro a couple of times this past week. Once at one pill and once at two pills (holy cow! high!)
I'd like to use it in the smartest possible way-- meaning, drink a lot of water, maybe not take it all the time so my
body doesn't depend on it (or is it just better to power through for a few weeks and then rest for one week? or switch
occasionally to a different energy pill?)

Can someone give me some ideas of what has worked for them?
Also, when you've come off oxylite pro for a significant period of time, did you gain all your weight back so long as your
    eating was somewhat regulated?

I like two in the morning on an empty stomach, and then one before lunch in the afternoon!

I'd say power through for a few weeks and then maybe rotate out another supplement, if at all. 3-4 weeks on, 2 weeks off worked quite well. You know your body better than I do, but I can tell you the weight stayed off!

I started using oxyelite pro like.. A couple months ago? I'm not completely sure when I started but i wasn't paying attention to my weight for a while while using it and I'm at 124 now, which is crazy for me because I could NOT get below 130 even when I was counting calories and intensely watching my weight. My highest was 134 and that was like earlier this year I think. I don't look too skinny, but I look good!

So when I first got them I took one in the morning when I was going to be working out. Then eventually I started taking another later in the day but only if I was working late because I liked that it kept me from snacking. Now I just take them randomly, so I don't think my body is getting used to them as quickly as if I were taking them religiously every day. And I only take them on days when I know I am going to be active like working out or just working late.

I think since I started taking them they have just sped up my metabolism and I don't snack as much and I eat smaller meals and can get full faster (stomach shrunk). So I'm guessing that's how I've lost so much weight. I noticed Ive been eating smaller meals throughout The day because I get full faster and on days when I'm just craving everything I take one and it makes that feeling go away so I only eat when I'm hungry.

    Definitely like these pills!

so I've been doing really well with it except I keep sleeping late and taking it in the afternoon.

I'm only at one, or sometimes half of one, and I skip a day once or twice a week.
Today though... I don't know if it was external stimuli or internal but I am fucking depressed as hell.

Small shit got to me, and even though I let myself take in a bunch of calories (still less than I used to eat) I was still lackluster and just
    ugh.

So I'm not sure if it was the oxylite pro which I guess depletes serotonin, or if it was that I didn't make it to the gym today, or if maybe I burned some fat and there were some toxins in the fat that got burned and so I was responding to some detox.

so I woke up early enough today that I felt okay taking one, and I took one a couple hours later since some people on a body building site were talking about spacing them 3 hours apart.
I didn't want the second one to be too late so I experimented with this.

Anyway, went and did yardwork, and grocery shopping and checked my blood pressure on one of those BP machines.

Normally, if I'm eating really like, I'm 100/60, or even 90/55. Sometimes I'm at 120/80 or like 116/80 but it's pretty rare.

My BP this afternoon after having a decent sized breakfast, and then later an apple about an hour and a half before doing the measurement was 136/76.

Can someone explain that? I know systolic and diastolic has to do with how fast the blood is travelling through the body in different ways, right? So what
does this mean in relation to the oxylite and is it something I should worry about? I figure the numbers are still pretty low but I was curious.

136/76 is not low. My blood pressure is usually around 108/70 I believe anything around 130 is high especially since your almost 40 points higher. Yohinmbine and senephine can raise blood pressure which can cause strokes and heart attacks and this is why this product is supposedly being puled off the market. I use pills considered fat burners for energy since I've never had any and I use to take epehedrine( for 15 years) I was using a product made locally that was world wide called zylene they don't make it amymore but it was awesome and it didn't contain anything harmful. I was reading a bunch of reviews on body building forums about products and caved in and bought that fastin I spoke of in another thread but brought it back because it made me feel like I wa on coke and there were like 30 people out of like the 50 reviews that I read had serious side affects. Anyways I'm looking for something for energy that not going to increase my chance of stroke or heart attack I'm 5feet 5 114 so I don't need them for weight loss but they don't make any just energy pills. I would keep monitoring your bp and if it stays that high that's not normal for you and I would discontinue use.

I just did a search an anything over 115/75 is considered for possible complications of what I said earlier. 135/75 was mild hypertension. Just continue to moniter yourself and if it stays this high which is not a common thing for you I wouldn't take them anymore.
