    Mind Blowing busting my ass for this!

    so im 5'8 , 200lbs, eeeeeek! i know!
    i dont look it, even my doctor was surprised. i got lazy ass hell last year and i gained so much weight. but ive got only about 6-7 weeks to get down in weight a little. its not really the pounds that matter to me, its the inches. right now im 36-36-43..im gonna set a date when im gonna auditio and im gonna stick to it. thatll really motivate me, THIS IS A PRIORITY GUYS!


    any weight loss/detox/exercise tips HELP ME PLZZZZ lol

    - Drink tons of water. Tons.
    - Eat clean, small (and I mean small) meals at least 5 times a day.
    - Cardio like a boss.

    Depends. With drugs, she could totally do it. And I'm not just saying crack or coke either but some fat burner/app suppressants could have her throw off 20+ pounds with serious working out and diet changes in that time.

    I can see the weight coming off quick... I mean I just watched my mother lose 2 stone in weeks, and she is nowhere near 200 pounds, no drugs or app suppressants. So it's totally doable, but 180 pounds at 5'8 is a BMI of 27 - still overweight. I know people can carry weight without 'showing' - I'm just shocked at the measurements, if they're correct. I mean, I understand some people have a boyish figure and few curves... But I've never known anyone with a waist the exact same size as their bust. I struggle to envisage a successful dancer with that figure.

    It sounds mean, however I say it. But it's honest.

    Paleo diet and cardio like a motherfucker helped me lose my BA idleness weight. It's a bitch but I cut out all gluten, wheat, etc. No bread, no pasta, no tortillas, no rice. And drink A LOT of water.

    She could lose more weight than 20 but her muscles will proabably be gaining a little so though she might still weigh 180 or less her measurements could be club acceptable. Just depends on how hard she wants to work and how picky the clubs.

    Im kind of thinking her waist measurement was a typo as well... I hope she comes back to fix/confirm that!

    Im 5'10 and even at 198 (my highest, I saw how close I was to 200, freaked the fuck out and lost 30lbs, though it took me about 6months to do...but then I only changed how I ate and didnt excercise at all) I did not look anywhere close to it though.

    Right now Im 176, and 36-29-44. My hip to waist ratio is pretty steep which helps me carry my weight off cause I have a defined shape, but if my body were that straight and my waist that big, Id have to lose all this weight and be at the low end of my weight scale to look decent, around 125 Id guess. Ive had guys review me and talk about me (in my escorting thing) and guestimate me at about 130-140. I think thats But if I had a huge waistline, Id imagine theyd think Im heavier than I actually am isntead.

    So yeah, if those measurements really are for true, then Ive heard that women who carry thier weight in their waist tend to lose that area last/hardest to lose...and the straight shape, looks great when youre very thin, but makes you look bigger if you have any weight on you at all. I kind of think it would take longer than 6 weeks, and dancing is strenuous, youd have to be healthy/have muscle of some sort to be able to do that job. Any method to lose weight that fast would leave her pretty weak and unable to dance.

    that middle number is my lower waist, little lower than my belly button...i just remeasured and its 30<====not a big difference but whatever.
    thats like i cant believe maliah michel is 200lbs and she doesnt look it...wierd but thats how it is sometimes

    30 is a big difference!!! lol...yeah the waist measurement is typically at your bellybutton, so we were imagining you 36 inches there, which would mean you were completely straight from your chest measurement down, with no waistline at all. Big difference!!!

    Well okay, we have the same measurements then, your hips an inch smaller than mine even. So yeah, I definitely think that if you were to take working out/eating right seriously, you could lose weight/tone up and look mega hot/goal ready in 6 weeks.

    I want to lose pounds, but have no willpower whatsoever, and hate exercising...but will try to keep up with my walks, going to start up again tomorrow. I just got a new haircut and determined to get my bod in shape and make men tear up just watching me walk on by

    Wow, BlkSharpie was just trying to help. No reason for the attitude.

    Anyway, I'm kind of similar in the way where I look smaller than I actually am. I'm 5 feet and people never believe me when I tell them I weigh 130. I've known other girls my height who weigh the same and look a lot larger than me. My advice is to just follow the 500 calorie deficit per day and burn 500 calories per day through exercise, and you'll lose at least 2 pounds per week.

    Weight doesn't matter, nor do measurements per se.

    Do you have fat rolls??? Is the question...

    If not, you could just have a naturally Amazon figure (large bone structure and/or decent musculature), and that itself is HAWT.,

    At 5'8", those measurements are ok for women who have large bones and dense muscles. You can try to lose all the fat, and after the fat has been lost you can "recover" some of that weight by doing resistance training.

    Adding muscle helps to burn off excess fat.

    Increasing your muscle mass will allow you shed fat faster and more efficiently than cardio alone.

    Unless it's a BBW club, yeah, 180 is still way too big to get hired. I realize some people carry weight better than others, but one of our bouncers is a 5'9" bodybuilder and doesn't even weigh 180. And that's muscle weight.

    There's some debate here about whether you should be lifting or not... my two cents:

    I hate cardio. It just makes me super hungry all the time and doesn't seem to do anything. YMMV though. If you can do green tea and supps, you will probably avoid that post-workout mawing of every food everywhere.

    Please lift a weight though. Building muscle is going to help you burn more calories at rest, which helps out massively. After I started lifting, I went from plateauing at 1100 calories a day, to being able to eat 2600 and still be at a deficit. And you won't turn into the Hulk, but you will tone and tighten up- very important to avoid ending up 'skinnyfat'- not a flattering look, especially in a job where you are constantly being judged.

    And don't eat bread. No grains, no gluten.... gonna help you out a ton.
