Instead of worrying about looking like the other girls by doing pole tricks and butt isolations, own your own style! Be the girl who puts on a sensual stageshow instead, which generally entails making eye contact with customers, shooting them coy smiles, moving very slowly, posing, and doing moves that highlight your best features, rather than dancing up a storm. It's good to stand out!

thats such a relief that you said that because thats exactly what i do ...peoples response to it is really good... a guy came up to me and was like you look so classy and you make everything look effortless. All that fast moving isnt even my style and it leaves no room for eye contact which is so important. Its the younger crowd that seems to want a face pace show ...and thats just not me

Then just keep it up! Don't worry about what staff have to say, as they're not the ones giving you money. In my experience, while the young crowd wants the fast and fancy show, they don't tend to tip for it or go on to get dances from the ladies who provide it, so don't let that bother you either!
