Hi, i am auditioning in london in the next 2 weeks and would like any experienced dancers advice. Do you think its better to work in one club or to work in two clubs, three nights in each. Do clubs object to girls working in other clubs??? Thanks.

Have you ever danced before? If not, I'd recommend just picking one club and sticking with it for a while, at least until you get your feet wet in the industry and feel more comfortable hustling and giving dances/VIPs. Rules can vary between clubs, so it'll just be less confusing to stick with one at first. Working in one club for a while will also give you a better idea of the most lucrative nights and which ones are generally a waste of time, so then once you're more experienced, you know which days you can cede at your home club to work at another.
Hopefully one of the London ladies can give you an answer about working in multiple clubs.
I'd definitely advise only starting with one club first too. It can be intimidating to audition and be new, and you don't want to double that. Plus, every club is a big different and learning the rules and way of doing things at two new clubs at once will be a lot to take in.
I'm not sure about London, but all three clubs I've worked at had a "no working at other clubs" rule. If you worked at a club in another state or whatever, then that was different, but working in other clubs in the same city was forbidden. Also, 6 nights a week will be exhausting - most veteran dancers don't work that much and so being new, honestly I think you'd really struggle with that.

Hi thanks for advice, i never dance in a club before, and to be honest i am just trying this if its gonna work... coz of desperate for money as its hard to find job at the moment co'z of recession, surely that's the main reason why we want this kind of job? hopefully everything will be ok on my audition. thank u for the advice... i really appreciate it.
I would start at one club, work as many days as you can/as they'll let you, and then once you feel a bit settled, try to discretely find out the rules on dancing at other clubs. If they allow it then you can start somewhere else as quickly as you feel ready, but if they don't allow it then maybe look for a club a bit further out of town, or at least a club that's not in competition with the first ie. if one club is a top-tier club, make the second one be a dive-y club. And make sure the schedules don't conflict - a lot of clubs have fines for missing days or being late, and if you're always having to miss a day at one club to work at another, you could rack up lot of fines that will eat into the profits you're making by working at two clubs in the first place.
