I have done some research on natural suppliments like pure coffee bean extract,l-carnitine,l-arginine,calcium pyruvate and forskolin to name afew. Has anyone tried and natural suppliments with any success. I took cla back in the day,and it worked pretty well but its too many pills a day for me,anyway. I am looking to add a suppliment to my unprocessd diet and cardio workouts. Please share any experience!
