Default Setting your own prices, a marketplace environment

There's an independent gent's night I've been invited to work in several weeks. The set up will be pay a higher than average (for this area) house fee and then keep everything made. We can set our own prices and there won't be any restrictions surrounding dances (like contact rules, keeping a foot on the floor and all that jazz).

Commission is the killer here so I feel like there's some awesome potential to take much more home than in the regular clubs (IF a lot of guys stay for the whole event, what kind of customers they are, whether it is open to public or just invited guests).

I've never been able to set prices, and with the 'market' environment I worry guys might be saying 'well Sparkles over there is only charging this', and lose out.

I was thinking of having a sliding scale- more expensive for higher contact dance. And to remember I will keep all monies where I'm used to giving up 30-35%, so as long as I'm taking more than my regular club cut I'm winning.

I don't know how many girls or men will be there, so no idea if there will be much competition yet... but does anyone have experience with this set up or tips on how to do well?

    Thanks!

This is the only thing that would worry me. Like, are customers just wanting dances, or is it basically a free-for-all where sexual contact (fingering, oral, HJs, BJs, straight up sex) is on the menu as well?

I have been assured those things will not be allowed!

Plus it's the first event, but if it goes well will be booked regularly. So the organiser isn't going to want any of that going on as it will just bring the bar a bad rep and they won't host it again, I suppose.

Are the girls invite only? I haven't heard of anything like this in the UK before.

Obviously invite only, but I mean are they only recruiting from a select club or are they auditioning too?

Good stuff! Well then I'd say the first thing to do is figure out what your personal boundaries are. Make them clear to customers and don't cross them, even if they offer you lots of money. No amount of money is worth fucking with your mental well-being.

A sliding scale sort of menu is a good idea, but like in the club, always try and upsell to maximize you're time with each customer! Be firm and confident in your prices - don't come off as eager to negotiate because that devalues what you're offering. Since it's more of a marketplace environment, always ask for more than you actually want, just so there is room to go down without going under your ideal price. Even if Bubbles is charging half the price you are, you offer a different experience than she does, so don't let customers bully you into charging less than you're comfortable with. Hopefully you have a chance to meet with the other ladies before hitting the floor to get a general idea of what everyone is charging - you can always charge twice as much as the others, but whether or not customers will pay it is another story!

Ah, awesome. I wonder if the idea will pick up around here, it would be nice to work without commission once in a while!
