I'm wondering if you could only have one or the other but not both, what would you rather have? I've danced in 2 different clubs which are complete opposites. One was very upscale, catered to mostly travelers, had a lot of rules, very strict about scheduling, etc. This other club is very different. This club is more of a stripclub joint, not a total dive but not upscale at all. This place has super super nice management, very lenient with scheduling, willing to work with you around your school schedule and there are many girls at this one that used to work at the other one, the strict one. I've heard all those girls saying they like it much better at this one because there's not so many rules. The other difference I've noticed is the difference in clientele! This club seems to attract more of the blue collar types who are local regulars.
The club itself isn't what I dislike, it's their clientele. I'm not trying to sound like I'm little Miss Snooty pants or anything, I just can relate with the more business like, educated type. The rules at the other place never bothered me. So anyway, my question is would you rather work in a club that had super nice management when you could basically work when you want but you thought their customer base sucked ass? Or would you rather work in a club that was very strict about scheduling, about what you wore & what you did but you liked their customer base? For me, I'd rather like the customers than management because it's the customers who I spend majority of my time with. Anyway, just curious about any of your experiences.
