I haven't contacted any clubs yet but any ladies know what American girls need work permit wise, in austria, germany or spain? Any other advice and/or what to avoid is much needed.

I have worked in all those countries but i have an EU passport.I dont think you will be able to get a work permit. You may be able to find somewhere that will let you work without one but i think most clubs are quite strict about that.Is there any particular reason for wanting to work in those countries??
You generally need a company to sponsor you to get an EU work visa as an American, and strip clubs don't tend to do that. The clubs that may let it slide probably tend to let other rules slide as well, so they may not be the best/safest working environment.

^^^ exactly correct ! There are really only two ways for a US citizen dancer ( who does not have dual citizenship in another country ) to get an EU work visa. The first is to have enough 'credentials' to be able to book yourself as a feature dancer. The second is to have enough 'connections' with an EU club that the clubowner will be willing to sponsor your EU work visa application.
I started working at a club in Frankfurt. they didn't ask me for anything. he wanted to see me and see me in action. after i danced by butt off he said your hired! and immediately put me on the schedule! lol, i don't know what you need but he didn't ask me for anything. but i am also a soldier. You should try calling and finding out.
