    Default Baton Rouge, Louisiana :)

I'm not an actual newbie (dancing in GA for a year) but I will be a newbie to Louisiana this summer.

I'm going to Louisana this summer to visit an old friend and I want to work while I'm there (I love new experiences).
So looking for any ladies who have worked in the Baton Rouge area and know of some decent clubs (not looking for high class or dive, in the middle)
and would like to know how much your permit was.

And any other information would be fabulous as well.

    Thanks

Three clubs worth working-- permits are 25-35. If you don't have an in state license (which you might consider getting, just for the summer), you only get the permits for a week.

I would aim for Penthouse in Baton Rouge, and then if you don't get hired there, aim for one of the Crazy Horses in either Port Allen or Geismar. Geismar has cleaner dances. Port Allen
the girls are cattier but most are nice. Management there is useless though. Much better at the other two.

Otherwise, drive an hour to hour and a half into Metairie or New Orleans. Lafayette is 45 min away and I think has maybe a 30-40 permit, but if they're still doing air dances (which they're
probably not, but when I worked there it was after a big ass issue with the police over contact dances) it's probably not worth it.

New Orleans-- depends on your contact level. I liked Rick's the best, but if you make most of your money doing stage extravaganzas, I'd suggest Scores (esp if you're a booty dancer), or Hustler which has like a two story tall pole. No license needed for Nola-- I think it's just a driver's license, but maybe they need your SS card too. Can't remember.

I work and live in New Orleans. I am not familiar with Baton Rouge, but if you want any other info I am to help.

    Hi,
I'm from England I'm studying in Illinois for Uni
I am only allowed to work during my break so me and a friend were looking for somewhere to travel for the weeks break in November.
However, we don't have permits or in state licences, how does the working without the permit work?
Where do you recommend we could work at this period without a licence?
I know it is very hard to say and awkward with us not having licences!
    Thanks
