It's fantastic that they removed the rating. But from my perspective, the fact SM support actually done their job shouldn't be something which we should feel compelled to post about. The only reason it really is something to write home about, is because a huge percent of the time, (from my experience and that of others as we can see here on CC), their reputation as being a reliable, prompt, informative and helpful service to those who actually work for them (us), is bad.
Sometimes they'll respond. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes they'll be helpful. Sometimes they'll be less than useless. Sometimes they're quick. Sometimes you will be literally pulling your hair out, desperately searching for help from other sources because the problem you're having has prevented you from actually working altogether.
As they are, they're haphazard and completely unreliable. They are so far from being "the best support", that if you happen to strike lucky and they are actually doing their job, allowing you to perform your job efficiently, it can kind of really make your day... But it shouldn't be like this.
