    Default How does scheduling work?

Do most strip clubs put you on a schedule? Can you come and go as you please (without giving a notice ahead of time)? Do you have a say in whether you work days/nights, which days and how long? I want to strip, but as a mom, especially a mom who doesn't want her mom to know what she does, the schedule will be hardest. I'm a homebody, and have been camming for 3 years, so working nights will be hard for me to get away with, but I don't know how profitable days are. I'd prefer to only work 3 days a week.

Days can be as profitable as nights, but it's a different hustle entirely. At night it's usually busier with more guys to hustle, while dayshift is usually mostly the same group of customers throughout the week (in most clubs, although not all). Dayshift is all about getting regulars, and then making most of your money of those regulars coming in during the week to see you specifically. It can take some time to build up those relationships with regulars so sometimes it can be a hard ride starting on dayshift until that happens. The girls can also be catty as the guys that become your regulars may have once been their regulars.

Every club is different in terms of schedules - my club now has a schedule that you make at the beginning of each month, but they're pretty cool about you changing your days as long as it doesn't leave them short on girls. If they need you and you skip, you get fined $25/$50 for no call no show. I've heard of other clubs where you make a schedule and if you miss a shift, you need to have a doctors note, or you can be fined $100+. My first club had no schedule at all - you came and went as you pleased, you could work for an hour or from open til close, you could work every day or take weeks and weeks off then roll back in. The best thing to do is call some clubs in your area and just ask about when their auditions are, and what their schedules are like. You shouldn't have a problem finding somewhere that will let you work 3 shifts a week.

I have only worked at one club and our scheduling is on the annoying side. Have to work 5 days a week with two shift options (12-7 or 7-3 or 4). One of my friends travels though and she's worked at places that required 2-3 days a week (one day had to be a weekday) and one place where she works as much as she wants and can disappear for days without them caring. It all depends on the club and I agree with Miss_McKenna. Call around. They're all different.

Every place is different. I've worked at some where you can put yourself on schedule (you do a certain amount of shows and get paid) or you can just come in and freelance. The club I work at now is all freelance. Certain places will have a higher house fee depending on when you show up if you freelance ie: you show up at 7 and your fee is only $30 but if you show up after 9 or something it's $50. Just call the club you're thinking of working in and ask.
