Default ARG help tip rail drama

so simply put- i have been working on tues nights and thurs., another dancer i work with has an ANNOYING habit of coming up to my tip rail, talking to customers, and bringing them up to the VIP as I am dancing, just after I give them a dance on the stage. Shit is foul. what to do. my managers are pussies, so thats outta question.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

If your managers are okay with this practice (apparently) just do it yourself when she is on stage.

I don't let that shit fly. If she starts talking to the guy while you're onstage, tap the customer on the shoulder, smile really sexy and do some over the top move right in his face. Make sure you hold his attention. Whisper something in his ear. Anything to keep him paying attention to you

We aren't allowed to do that at my club so I'd end up complaining to my manager. If it was allowed then I'd just do the same back to her.

yeah just do it to her, too. Don't do it for anyone else though. If she does it to other girls and they complain tell them to do the same. And when she does it to a customer right in front of you, do the over the top moves.

If the manager doesn't enforce it then it isn't even a rule. Seriously.
I've worked at clubs with a million unwritten girlcode rules, but the one I'm at now, not so much.
We can dance wherever we want including the tiprail. Although I do think it's polite if I'm dancing right there to tip the girl on stage a few dollars, or if the guy has a stack of 1's lying out to ask him to tip her.
But once I realized everyone else would do it, and guys sitting at the tiprail would even ask for a dance, I just quit worrying about it.
    Every club is different
