Default Are you ever unable to cover the house fee?

    Hello ladies!
I'm still a newbie on here, I'm waitressing in a stripclub right now but I'm looking into dancing. I'm comfortable being naked but there are a few other things that are kind of holding me back. First of all, the house fee at my club is between $120-$140. I know that if it's that high the girls probably don't have any trouble covering it, so maybe it just seems high to me because I'm so new (and a broke little bitch right now lol). The thing is that I'm worried I won't be able to cover it, especially in the beginning, because I have absolutely NO clue what to expect as far as earnings go. Has this ever happened to any of you guys? I know I would start out on day 'shifts' and I haven't really seen any super busy nights yet, and I can't really afford to owe anybody money right now or go into debt so it's one of my main concerns. I know it's work but I think it would be a negative kind of pressure you know? I'd rather have positive motivation on the work floor

Second of all, how badly do you experience drama and cattiness between girls? I'm here to work and not make friends so I'm hoping not to bother with it too much but I'm just wondering since it seems to be such a big factor in this industry. Any tips on avoiding it? I don't necessarily want to be making friends or anything but I also don't want to be the loner stripper girl that's sitting by herself because that's not a very attractive look for customers. How did you approach the other dancers when you just started?

Well I hope I explained myself properly and I'm looking forward to hearing your answers and hopefully some tips!

Just talk to mgmt and explain, it's not their intention to have girls lose money or be indebted.if you don't make enought they'll waive the rest, at least the first time, if they are reasonable..

Rare for this to happen, through day shifts can be dicey.

Only once in my three years of dancing have I not been able to make my house fee. You're right to assume that if it's set high, it's because high earnings are also possible.

To avoid drama, stay out of the dressing room as much as possible (ie. be on the floor), smile politely at other girls, and don't go out of your way to start or enter conversations. Just keep to yourself and focus on making money.

I've never had a club waive my house fee if I didn't make it. Most of the places I've worked make you pay it first anyway so you already start out in the red.

OP: read up in hustle hut. You'll be amazed. With fees that high you better be on your game.
Sorry I missed church. I was too busy practicing witchcraft and becoming a lesbian.

In my club, the house fee depends on when you are ready. It's not anywhere NEAR that amount though.. holy crap! Our house fees are $10 if you are ready before 7:30, and $5 more after every 30 minutes.

There are also dance fees. $25 per lapdance, $5 goes to the house for each dance. VIP rooms, it's a 70/30 split for every $100.

My fulltime club won't make us pay our housefee if we don't make it but they will write it in their book so we will eventually have to pay it or get fired.

It has been a long time since I was not able to pay a house fee because I always pay it right when I get to work (I don't like when management asks for it in front of other girls or customers so I just avoid that) but my club can have some really shitty days (too many girls, not enough customers). I imagine with a housefee as high as you mentioned then those girls are making money.

A couple of clubs I work at parttime in another state work pretty much the same. One of them will just roll it over until the next time you worked (because I was traveling I didn't pay my house fee if that meant I wouldn't have enough for my hotel, gas and food) and then another club I worked at had no house fee at all (just a DJ tip out).
