So...I was mid session (with a total asshole, which makes it even more annoying...) when I felt something "ping" in my back....I've been working out my back and chest muscles a lot recently (hellooooo perkier boobs!!) so I know that they have been a little sore/tight.....but I think I seriously pulled something!!
Lifting my arm above my shoulder hurts. Sitting down hurts. Fuck, breathing hurts!!! Not a lot, but enough that I have had a few inadvertent winces while on cam in the past few minutes, and when doing another pvt, a lot of my usual moves and positions are not comfy....
I have put on gel and taken a couple painkillers, and I'm logging off for an hour or so to let those kick in, but FUCK!!!!
And of course it happens the last week before rent etc is due (well, the last week that my pay is guaranteed to get to me before the 1st) and I need that money!! Yes, I have a buffer, but paying taxes and still building it back up from moving has kinda...diminished it. I was looking forward to working EXTRA hard this week to build it back up! Sod's law, I guess...
Ugh. I just felt the need to rant. I'm going to have to put my big girl panties on, work through the pain (thank god for giant bottles of motrin extra strength!), try to alter my movements...and maybe use the Hitachi for it's intended purpose!!

That's no fun!! And it isn't a pain you can make money off of either (sprained ankles, coughing, nose blowing...)
