Thumbs up Has anyone ever tried Binaural Beats?

While looking for new ways to meditation- specifically guided meditation, I stumbled across something called Binaural Beats. I've never heard of it until now but supposedly it is like a digital drug- where sound waves change your way of thinking and alter your attitude. Another plus to this is that it is low effort, whereas normal meditation you have to learn how to focus. All you have to do here is sit in a place with no distractions, head phones and just listen and watch.

    Here is a better explaination-

I've been listening to free ones on You Tube. I've been listening to confidence boosters, energy boosters and money attraction of course- there are all kinds to meet your needs. They even have a social anxiety one. Apparently, some feel the effects right away but others need more time to feel it.

I've been going through tons of stress lately, I have anxiety like a MF, runs in the family plus I am a huge procrastinator. After listening to this stuff for about a week, I have def seen improvements. Some people claim they get high, I haven't experienced that but my well being has improved. I am more focused, more confident, getting things done, always on the go, stress is waaaaaaayyyy down and I am making more money at work.

Combine this with Law of Attraction and watch your life change. I am happy I found this and I am going to keep listening to this daily and I cannot wait to see future results.

Want to try this with me ladies? Please share your experience. Remember some people need more time than others to see results.

yeah there's also isochronic beats. They're supposed to relax you and entrain your brainwave state. I purchased Jill Ann Wexler's brainwave entrainment program earlier this year but haven't gotten a chance to use it. I'll update when I do. I'm also interested in the Brain Ev program
