Dizzy Independent Escorts: how do you do it all?

i started with an "agency" and just recently became independent. it's a lot harder than i thought it would be! i am having the hardest time juggling emails, texts, random calls and the screening and the scheduling and on top of that going to work!

how do you get people to pre book? i have put it in my ad that i have limited availability and people should pre book but i don't think anyone pays attention.

how do you determine outcall rates? i charge based on distance which a few customers have balked at but driving for almost and hour vs 10 mins is a big chunk of my time.

if you are going to book a hotel what name do you use? if a customer calls the hotel wanting to speak with bubbles in room 112 and they have sally jones as the registered guest will they tell him? would it draw too much unwanted attention to tell them bubbles is a nickname?

ok last thing - how did you come up with the text for your ad? i can't bring myself to be super coy or sexy. currently i just state my stats, ethnic mix and info about booking. i just wanted something up so i could start working a little bit. i want to start the main one the beginning of the month. anyways, i hate what the agency had written for me and i hate what i've written about myself. i can't find the happy medium between i'm smart but sexy and wanna play! ya know?

anyways, any suggestions, advice would be really helpful!

I've learned not to spill out my secrets on this forum anymore but I will say this if you don't take your business seriously, guys will know and they won't take you seriously. A lot of ladies like to be light when they post things on their website. I was always very firm. This is just me. I also didn't take bullcrap. If I announced my tour a month before I got to the city and guys are hitting me the day i'm in the city asking me for a same day appointment? They're automatically ignored. You just have to be firm in all you do.

The rest of your post is common sense. I suggest taking all your ads down and reading all the escort forums/posts on stripperweb as you can.
If your escort name is "Bubbles" WHY THE F would you want the hotel staff to know that??? You will be busted! You never register your escort name with the hotel NOR do your register your escort phone number or email address when booking the hotel. Again read.

As for your last question, when in doubt -- there is always verical kitty - Meeshee charges $175 for an ad and $125 for a bio page content. ALL her writings are original and she gives you a copyright release. Ad writing is not for everyone. Some girls make a fool out of themselves with the things they write on their ad.

I get them to pre-book by stating pre-book only, and then not accepting last minute dates. Im strict on this for tours, once Im in the city, I accept no new appointments. At home, Im lenient with prior clients and will see them same day, but only with 2 hr notice. If a guy doesnt read my ad or doesnt agree with my terms...thats his problem not mine. I *must* have the time to properly screen a guy, and even if they are screened, I *must* have the time to properly get dressed and ready for the date. Im not going to be rushed or pressured into seeing anyone on short notice.

Rates are entirely up to you..yeah there are a lot of threads about that on here. Also do your research on what is market value for your area. Personally, I made the decision that I was not going to rate myself lower than a certain amount, even though that amount is higher than what most girls around here charge, because I felt like I was worth it. Since then, Ive raised my rates and still doing fine. Im thinking of raising them again even. Its just something you have to figure out through trail and error.

I use my own name when booking a hotel. No need to go out of your way to appear shady... For security/privacy reasons, if someone calls the hotel asking for the name of who is in room 112, the front desk will not under any circumstances tell them. In some hotels, they wont even ring you through to the room if you do not know the name of the person staying there. Guys have absolutely no reason to call your hotel room anyway. Lovely is correct and Ill reiterate...never ever use any information connected to your escort business to book anything. Whether its your work phone number, or your work email address while booking online, or your work name. Never...because they *do* google info if they are suspicious, and they *will* send and officer to your room, or have security come to your room to tell you to vacate your room and may also ban you from being able to book with them again. It happens...dont do it.

Im LoL'ing at the name Bubbles and really hope you were just using that as a top off the head example...if you werent, sorry for laughing! But...please reconsider your name, or anything like it. Present yourself in a way that guys will take you seriously. From the type of questions youre asking though, I also think that you really should read, read, and read some more before you put yourself out there. You did not mention screening questions at all....not that anyone will answer them in public anyway, but I do hope that you're planning to screen. Research that as well.

I think because I have been working freelance/running my own business for so long, that this business sort of just comes second nature to me. But it does take real work to make things happen, between marketing and promotion, photos, communication, setting and sticking to your terms, having an actual business plan etc. The way I see it, I want to make every single freaking date I do worth being in this job. I want to bank and then get out and move on to bigger and better things one day. There is no way Im going to do this, and then when I dont/cant anymore have nothing to show for having done this job. So yeah, its worth it to me to work my butt off. The easy part is the date itself....the hard work comes with the administrave parts. And that is why agencies take as big of a cut as they do....

So its really a decision to make, do you want to do the hard work part, and keep all the money, or would you rather an agency handle that, then all you have to do is show up for a date and take your cut of the money.
