Mind Blowing breaking through a plateau, school, medication, etc

I am in summer school right now and I'm totally overwhelmed. Since I'm not willing to get back on my prescription to legal speed in the forseeable future, my question is: do any of you have any tips for increasing mental fortitude? Sustainably? I already eat well, above and beyond healthy in that area. I take cold showers, and exercise. Everything still feels like chaos though and I know if I just took some speed I could fix it all in like a day *long day* ... but I'm not willing to, because for me it isn't sustainable, neurologically it's not sustainable and I get wracked from it. What are other ways? I've also tried L-Tyrosine, Gotu Kola, B vitamins, fish oil, vegetables, yoga, so many things... It's been a while since I've taken anything to alter my neurotransmitters. I want to be a better more focused person! It doesn't feel like a physical problem (lots of energy) more a psychological one ... I've got to break through this little ADHD slump I'm in. HELP lol. Thx girls yall are the shi

Wait Im a tad confused on the medication part....what do you mean by "legal speed?"
But if you are having any type of issues mental or emotional I suggest a psychiatrist. Unfortunately, I struggled with INTENSE anxiety and depression when I first started dancing. I was on anti depressants (which i absolutely hated!) But it helped me through my rough patch.

    ADD/ADHD medication.

Maybe you should try to lessen your load of things and if that doesn't work, maybe go back to your prescription but a lower dose.
