I ended up going for it...took one blue pill and drank nothing but water, and lots of it during my meal. Usually when I meet up with this friend for lunch, we go shopping after, but by the time the check came I was a bill ol hyper ball of energy, and he was like yeeeeah, you should go to the gym
Last time I went 4 days ago, I did half an hour on the elliptical at a resistance of 2, when the half hour countdown was over I was DYING and when it switched to 5m cool down I was like, oh hell no! and got off the thing. I was so wiped I didnt even go in the steam room, the one thing I was looking forward to.
THIS TIME! I started with a resistance of 2...felt like I was pushing on air, moved up to 3...4...and then ended up at 5. I still felt like I could go higher but didnt trust my judgement. When the cool down part came, I was like "already?!!!!!"

Did my cool down, hit the steam room, showered up and left. Just got home from the gym a few min ago, and I dont feel like I did anything at all...and still feel energetic, though not crazy energized like before the gym lol just feeling good. Huge difference from last time when I barely made it up the stairs home and collapse on the couch, out for the count for the next day and a half
And...Im actually looking forward to my next workout! It felt *way* too easy, almost enjoyable even! If for no other reason than it ives me the energy I need to actually get my workout in, this will be so, freaking worth it!
