To add for Florida, if found guilty, 1st offense 10 days (bail around $250), 2nd's 30, and 3rd's 1 year and a day

Exactly! I love the states. Canada is too saturated depending on where you go. The money is great here and it's not that easy to get caught up with LE. Just gotta have eyes at the back of your head! Lots of money to be made in the states.

This should be a sticky If it is legal in the USA then it will become saturated here too and then less money

EXACTLY!!! I AM NOT FOR LEGALIZATION!! Keep it the way it is now! Shit if it were legal, everyone will be trying to do it.

Canada is wonderful. It's not legalized up here, but rather decriminalized.

The difference between legalized and decriminalized is that legalized is essentially government controlled. Vegas is an example of legalization. The government is your pimp.

Decriminalized however just simply means it is not written in to the criminal code. Government control is essentially the same as it is for any business. ie you are taxed according to reported income, so if you make the same amount as say a hairdresser you would be taxed in the same bracket.

BUT there are certain "acts" surrounding prostitution that are criminalized up here. Such as running a common Bawdy house (ie doing incalls), solicitation in public spaces (ie hustling the corner for customers) and living off the avails (a quasy anti-pimping law the can affect any person who befriends/is family of a sex worker). We have been fighting to have these laws overturned in Canada and so far so good.

Here is a cheesy news article on it http://news.nationalpost.com/2012/03...titution-laws/
