Mine hv settled a little at 16 days.. prob not dropped yet. I'm pretty sure I had more loose skin to work with than you did.

A year and a half to fully drop both sides. (smooth silicone)
My Dr gave me an adjustable strap to wear around the top of my boobs that helped push them down, because it was obvious at a month that they were too high. They were dropped at a few month, iirc, but it's like a year before they're really a normal natural part of your body.
At 3.5 - 4 months.. I remember since I took progession pictures each week, and day 96+ was such a difference. But I also didnt work for 2 months and put NO tension or pressure on my chest at all. I wouldnt even open doors with my hand and drive little as possiable. The muscle relaxers helped a lot since I usualy tense up without knowing.
Honestly everytime I think they are done they settle and drop more and become looser.. I'm at 6 mos now and still seeing changes so be patient, everybody is different.

first time about 3-4 months saline.
second time one week saline

What if one of them drops but another one does not? Is there a contingency plan to handle such a scenario?

The FDA never made them illegal ... they just imposed a new requirement that every different size of implant must go through $100,000 worth of FDA testing in order to get an FDA approval today. And by definition every polypropylene string implant is a different size !!! The demise of polypropylene string implants was economic, not legal.Holy crap Mel!!!!! You got the silly string implants like Chelsea Charms!!!! I thought they were illegal!!!

I was lurkin your JBI pics, and while I'm not a doctor at all, it honestly looks like he just placed one implant slightly higher or slightly under more muscle than he did with the other one. They look exactly the same with your arms down, its only when you put your arms above your head. It kind of makes them look more natural IMO. Did the doctor say that the issue would cause problems in the future?

You would definitely know if it was bottomed out. The side that was bottomed out the nipple would be higher and you would feel the bags at the bottom and be able to see the outline of the implant toward the bottom. If it's really bad the nipple would be way on top like the cherrry on top look.

As you know I have slight bottoming out and so I know exactly what you mean. It makes the other boob look way too high. But after 2 years mine look almost in the exact same spot. You can tell the one side is not bottomed out though because the skin on the bottom is thicker and the nipple placement. But the different is a lot more subtle now. So I def won't bother fixing it. My slight bottoming out is exactly how it looked after 8 weeks. It has not changed.

I feel like mine only recently dropped completely into place & now everyone comments how soft they are - this took almost 18 months! I did, however, opt for a much larger size than most people.
