Okay, so lately, I've been on a diet, and I haven't been eating much. I knew that I was going to meet someone, for a first meet-up (I say meet-up, bc with online dating, I don't necessarily think that all people call the first time that they meet...a "date"...it's a debatable topic, as seen on the dating forums), and that drinking would be involved. I cannot drink much, to begin with, but it makes it worse when I haven't eaten enough. I thought that I'd eaten enough, but apparently, I hadn't.
So, basically, a portion of the conversation that we had is fuzzy. I remember getting home safely. I was aware enough to know that nothing happened...it's just that I don't remember some details of the conversation.
Well, he asked me out on, what I would call, an "official" date. He said that he had a wonderful time, and that he wanted to take me out to a nice dinner, this week. That's all fine and dandy, but I'm worried that I'm going to seem inattentive, because I forgot some of the topics that we discussed :/.
Please spare me the lecture...I will make sure to eat more :/. Any suggestions, so as not to come off as a complete forgetful, inattentive idiot?

yes eat more like you said, and maybe drink something you don't really like so that you don't chug it... i'm not saying you did i'm saying thats what i do lol... i drink like a fish and can dance/be fully functional off 10 shots of patron and 6 mixed drinks but the calories in it are killer. so now i'm sticking to wine because i can't chug it for some reason like everything else, i have to sip, so i end up having 3-4 glasses of wine a night, which tends to be less calories than 10 shots and 6 sugary mixed drinks.
