Default Cuts on my hand-And work

Sounds like a silly Q but-I cut my hand on accident ystdy night, my palm is no longer bleeding and didn't bleed much but the skin is kinda flapped open a but and it's sore. I'm just concerned about touching the pole and all the dirtiness around the club if it's a good idea to work tmrw? If not, how long should I give it? I'd use bandaids but they slip off.

I always use new skin liquid bandage for small cuts (like from shaving my legs or a paper cut) before work. It will protect the cut and stop germs from getting in without the look of a bandaid

If I get cuts in certain places I don't work at all. However I work in Miami-Dade/Broward county which is number one for HIV/AIDS cases in the whole state. Helps me sleep :/

I reaD articles of people having minor cuts but not sterilizing it with antibiotic ointment or whatever and they ended up with a flesh eating infection. Google " girl loses leg from zip line accident" I think a girl did a zip line got a gash but it got in contact with flesh eating bacteria. I think it is called necrotizing fasciitis. Definitely dot play around with open cuts. Who knows someone might be working with a genital herpes outbreak, runs on pole before you.. Next you have an infection ( or touch pole then touch eye and now have ocular herpes which is very serious if not diagnosed and treated promptly and correctly). I like the liquid bandage suggestion. Just disinfect first with hydrogen peroxide or iodine solution that I think looks like ink. Or try antibiotic ointment then cover with bandaid and wear sexy looking hand or wrist warmers . Or get long opera gloves and cut off the fingers for a more modern hip look while giving your hand a couple days to heal better.
