I just got mine and i love them. I am so happy with how soft they are, and my size.. I'm now a ddd, but I'm very tall, so they don't look huge. ..you may question the size u choose, I did. Booby greed! This may wear off, mine has. For a while i felt disappointed.
Pick your surgeon carefully, do your research, and be sure the size you want, and for what reason.
I found recovery to be scary, and i had ups and downs. Make sure you can afford enough time off in case you recover slowly.
Enjoy your new boobies!

speaking of booby greed ... I've had 5 BA's so far !!!

OP I would lose the weight that you want to lose (if applicable) and make the necessary changes before you go through with any major surgery. You will gain weight and it is not fun to lose it. It took me a long time to bounce back from my BA. A strict diet and exercise regimen have barely gotten me back to where I want to be. Choose your surgeon carefully. IMO you should work on your weight issues before considering any kind of surgery.

I am actually 6 pounds bigger than I want to be for the surgery I want..But I really dont think in the 1 to 2 weeks itll take for recovery that ill gain alot of weight...I may get out of shape but prolly not going to be much weight gain 2 weeks max isnt alot of time to go w/o a workout imho. F the 6 pounds...lol Maybe if I was going 2, 3, or 4 months then the weight gain would happen for me personally..

I am doing it for myself. Breastfeeding killed them and I always wanted larger boobs. My entire family both biological and my adopted (who raised me since birth) have DD+. I also am not a BBW that is 300+ I am 230 and still have a little shape left. As far as losing weight. I have been on a diet and have not lost weight and untill we find out exactly what is causing all my pain excersize is not an option. They think the tumors are pushing on nerve endings (also causing my legs to colapse at times).

Go for it if it makes you happy. Just get a full physical to make sure you're healthy enough for major surgery. (Based on what you posted)

I already know I am healthy enough. I have to go through surgery soon to remove my parathyroid glands. Perfect blood work, BP, Pulse ect ect.
