    Default getting a stripper body

okay so I tried to dance a few years ago but it was a disaster I was on the chubby side and basically just got laughed at the guys around here really don't do big girls. so now a few years later I'm wanting to try again. I had my son a year ago and since then have lost all 50 pounds of my baby weight plus 40 more. I am a lot smaller but things are not as tight as I would like and I still have some chubby areas. do you guys have any tips on diet or exercise to help get the big booty and tight stomach and legs? Also any other tips to build confidence. Thanks in advance

I soooo don't have money for plastic surgery. I've been doing the 'eat clean' diet and its helped buy ps is out of the question right now. If I could just make 600 a week is be happy. But here in Nc it kinda sucks its slow as hell

you're close to charlotte, right? i work there and it's not bad at all...

hit the gym almost every day, be sure to do a wide range of workouts. read fitness mags, watch youtube vids, and get a trainer if you need inspiration. stop eating processed and frozen foods. try cutting out dairy and refined sugars. eliminate liquid calories and drink water instead. or just do a lot of coke (kidding...)

gym, avoid all food's drinks with sugar, avoid proccessed foods, avoid white bread, sugar is a big evil, good things like rice, salmon, tuna, salad, grilled skin less chicken, less dairy products, hmmm dancing build muscle and tone, get big boobs, i think most guys ignore parts i don't like as they to busy looking at them, some not even talk to my face, they talk to me but just stare at boobs

check out this website. bodyrock.tv .Everyday they add a 12 minute intense workout. They upload photos of bodyrockers (people who send in pics that use their site) Ive seen some awesome results, and in short time too. Also, get a dermaroller and emu oil and either lightly 3 times a week dermaroll your skin, or one really rough roll every 3 weeks. And ofcourse theres laser procedures.. thermage is supposed to tighten skin. Oh and exfoliate often.

I have 2 boys and recently got back into the club after losing almost 20lbs now.
I'm actually in better shape now than before I had kids!

I've cut out soda...nooo soda. Just water and the occasional glass of wine.
I use to drink a lot of beer, but since stopping beer, have lost more weight.
Just eating better...lots of veggies and smaller portions.
More exercise too. I don't go to the gym. I started running and just do at home work outs.

Also,.tonalin/cla. It's a natural toning supplement and it has helped tremendously.

    Good luck!

I agree with the Paleo diet suggestion. The only thing is don't cut out the fruits, that is a silly thing to do. USe the general concept of the diet...avoid starches like bread, pasta, crackers, granola bars. Stick to lean proteins, salads, yogurt, fruit, healthy raw nuts like almonds, peanut butter, walnuts, pecans, avocados, flax seed oil. And you'll be looking good really quickly. All the starches your body really doesn't need it much. I used to feel like I would gain a little weight when I was eating clean but eating starches, when I wouldn't work out. Now that I follow the above "diet" guidelines, on my days not working out I dont feel bloated or gross. I think that eating the starches would make me feel a little bloated and were extra calories I didn't need. Also count your calories go to calorieking.com and calculate the number of calories you need per day to maintain yoru weight for your height and gender and activity level.

The paleo diet helped me. As for plastic surgery start a nest egg even if you only put in $10 a day.

    1. Get a really nice golden tan and use the EXPENSIVE tanning lotion with bronzer (It will give you a good color.) I like Matahari's dark sexy legs. I just order it off the internet once in a while.

    2. Get fresh highlights in your hair. The lighter the better. Its easier to see light colors from across the room in a stripclub.

    3. When you have downtime in the club, study how the other dancers move and mimic what you like to look more elegant. You'll see what looks good when you watch yourself in the mirror and watch other dancers.

    4. Buy some outfits that flatter your body and show a lot of skin. Spend money if you have to. Good outfits pay off.

Make sure you do some sort of resistance training so you don't get that saggy skin look. Muscles will keep that skin tight.
