This is probably a personal thing, but i feel as though ass shaking isn't the place for an upscale club.

Every club, upscale or dive, has its own hustle or "routine" that you have to adjust to. Just because you started at a dive, doesn't mean you can't work in an upscale club - you just need to be aware that it'll be different and you'll have to cope with a learning curve.

Moving from dives to middle tier to upscale was good for me. I feel like more than anything working in a clean, upscale club has been good for me from an emotional aspect because I'm not dealing with crazy ass ppl as much. If you can hustle and deal with the crowd at a dive you can do well in an upscale club so long as you can get your foot in the door (look-wise) and act like a lady. Good luck!

Sometimes bringing a little bit of the dive to the upscale clubs can work. But if you're doing to be dancing like that make sure you look hella classy.
