Wow, AW are on a roll right now! I haven't had this but you can search to see where the photos come up on the net and see if you can get them removed, someone mentioned tineye.com to me. I'd go back to AW on the ones that you can clearly see are you. Someone else will probably have more experience/advice on this...

What the fuck is AW playing at?????
My guess is that AW is trying to CYA in regard to proposed Internet Copyright Enforcement laws. While US versions SOPA and PIPA became 'stalled' earlier this year, ACTA has been signed and SOPA / PIPA aren't 'dead'. See . Very recently, it has been revealed that the US is participating in 'secret negotiations' on Internet Copyright Enforcement laws via a multi-national treaty called Trans - Pacific Partnership ... which is expected to be put into effect before the end of this year. See
(snip)"The leaked U.S. IP chapter includes many detailed requirements that are more restrictive than current international standards, and would require significant changes to other countries’ copyright laws. These include obligations for countries to:
•Treat temporary reproductions of copyrighted works without copyright holders' authorization as copyright infringement. This was discussed but rejected at the intergovernmental diplomatic conference that created two key 1996 international copyright treaties, the WIPO Copyright Treaty and WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty.
•Ban parallel importation of genuine goods acquired from other countries without the authorization of copyright owners.
•Create copyright terms well beyond the internationally agreed period in the 1994 Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of IP. Life + 70 years for works created by individuals, and following the U.S.- Oman Free Trade Agreement, either 95 years after publication or 120 years after creation for corporate owned works (such as Mickey Mouse).
•Adopt laws banning circumvention of digital locks (technological protection measures or TPMs) that mirror the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and treat violation of the TPM provisions as a separate offence, even when no copyright infringement is involved. This would require countries like New Zealand to completely rewrite its innovative 2008 copyright law. It would also override Australia’s carefully-crafted 2007 technological protection measure regime exclusions for region-coding on movies on DVDs, videogames, and players, and for embedded software in devices that restrict access to goods and services for the device -- a thoughtful effort by Australian policy makers to avoid the pitfalls experienced with the U.S. digital locks provisions. In the U.S., business competitors have used the DMCA to try to block printer cartridge refill services, competing garage door openers, and to lock mobile phones to particular network providers.
•Adopt criminal sanctions for copyright infringement that is done without a commercial motivation, based on the provisions of the 1997 U.S. No Electronic Theft Act.
•Adopt the U.S. DMCA Internet Intermediaries copyright safe harbor regime in its entirety. This would require Chile to rewrite its forward-looking 2010 copyright law that currently provides for a judicial notice and takedown regime, which provides greater protection to Internet users’ expression and privacy than the DMCA’s copyright safe harbor regime.(snip)
I was talking about this business here in conjunction with the crap I'm going through with AW, hence my comment 'what the fuck are they playing at?'
Have you got your profile back yet hun?
Umm ok, but what does that mean to ME? This is a pic taken of me, by my boyfriend last year on his phone and posted ONLY in my aw private gallery. It's quite clear that the pic is of me, since i am a verified member and they have plenty of other pics to compare to.
What it means to YOU is more or less irrelevant ... except for the end result. What it potentially means to AW, and other adult websites, is the distinct possibility of their site's content being in violation of copyright under soon to be enacted new laws such as TPP ... which potentially subjects their website to 'enforcement measures' under TPP. Again from the same link ...
(snip)"The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is pursuing a TPP agreement that will require signatory counties to adopt heightened copyright protection that advances the agenda of the U.S. entertainment and pharmaceutical industries, but omits the flexibilities and exceptions that protect Internet users and technology innovators.
The TPP will affect countries beyond the nine that are currently involved in negotiations. The new TPP agreement will build upon a 2005 agreement between New Zealand, Chile, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam (the P4 agreement) but will include more extensive provisions on intellectual property and other issues. The TPP will set rules that will likely be adopted initially by the 21 member economies in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. The TPP is being negotiated by 9 members of APEC, and negotiators plan to finalize the “TPP concept” at the APEC Economic Leaders meeting in November 2011.
Like ACTA, the TPP Agreement is a plurilateral agreement that will be used to create new heightened global IP enforcement norms. Countries that are not parties to the negotiation will likely be asked to accede to the TPP as a condition of bilateral trade agreements with the U.S. and other TPP members"(snip)
Proponent's attorneys would probably tell you this. If you combine "Treat[ing] temporary reproductions of copyrighted works without copyright holders' authorization as copyright infringement", and "accede to the TPP as a condition of bilateral trade agreements with the U.S. and other TPP members', you get this possibility. A competitor site to AW lodges a 'complaint' that AW has temporarily posted content of unknown copyright ( in this case the picture taken by your BF ). Under TPP this constitutes a copyright violation offense even if that particular picture was not directly used for profit. And as a copyright violator, under TPP the website in violation could be subject to 'enforcement measures' including such things as MasterCard, Visa and other US based online credit card processors being ordered to stop performing customer credit card transactions for the violating website.
So what it potentially means to YOU is no more money coming from the violating website !

Nope. I've posted what they sent me in "camming sucks". I have emailed them yet again, but I don't think they are interested. All I can do is harass them now, while frantically making shit loads more content and deciding what to do. XxxxxxOriginally Posted by sexysusie

I think dmca covers anywhere in the world (including the uk)without knowing exactly where your pics are posted/hosted the best i could find was googling img8 which seems to be part of imageshack and I got the generic complaint dmca page http://stream.imageshack.us/content.php?page=email&q=abuseI dont know if thats the same dmca form request your looking at or not but regardless, Ive filled out plenty opf dmca forms through out the years and have NEVER used my real info and have NEVER been challenged on it... So if I were you thats what I would do. Fill it out with a variation of my model name, and home address and see what happens. . For the the person who posted it to challenge it they would have to send back a counter form with their 'proof' theyre allowed to use it, which they dont have so they wont and it usually ends there... good luck.
The links on the webcam chat goes to LJ, the video links goes to PH. It's an affiliate. When you click the link there is a number at the end of the link.
since anyone can save and share anything online.. I just went into this line of work with the assumption that it could end up anywhere and be seen by anyone.. forever. and I'm fine with that. I don't understand how you can get into this type of work and not expect people to just post your stuff everywhere.. because they will. I'm sure plenty of my cam shows have been recorded by one of those simple free programs that record your screen.. anyone can get that program and make there own free porn of your cam show to sell elsewhere or keep forever. it's gonna happen sometimes...
~*I get paid to be told I'm hot countless times a day, in a countless ways.. Who wouldn't love this job?*~
PH usually refers to porn hub but I dont know if thats what she was referring to
I have literally zero experience.. I'm still learning and signing up for all this stuff.. but when I put my stuff up for free on xtube long time ago just for my own exhibitionist pleasure, I just figured it would end up being spread around alittle and I have found myself elsewhere by chance.. so if there are steps to take to actually have things removed from sites I didn't upload my stuff too, then I think that would be a great topic for a new thread so everyone can see how![]()

Chased my tail for days on this. You;d think someone here would be able to tell me how to find the details i need to know to get my stolen image taken down, but no it seems not... Let's hope it never happens to YOU eh!!

^^^just...wow. Have you considered that maybe some chicas haven't read this thread in the past 24 hours, since you last updated your saga, and that others may not have any suggestions other than the info that was already posted in this thread (including the DMCA link posted by Annabellz)?
Holy persecution complex batman. Since no one jumped in with an immediate foolproof solution we're all holding out on you? Editing your posts so no one can benefit from reading the ground you did cover in attempting to get your pics removed, and ending your last post on such a petty note. The spite seems...excessive?
for real chica, plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
I do wish you good luck and hope you get your pics taken down
It HAS happened to a lot of people on this forum, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer. I've had pictures uploaded to other sites that I simply chose to leave there (they posted screenshots of a show in which I was showing my feet, including the chat; free publicity, woo!). Probably the most effective solution is Annabellz DMCA link. If you're that desperate to get your photos taken down from an offending website, then get an attorney involved. Sometimes these things just aren't as easy as we wish they could be.
Figure out what's actually important and fight your battles accordingly.
If AW is giving you grief about photos that someone else uploaded to another site, then talk to them. That should have been your first course of action anyway, especially after you actually tried to get them taken down. Tell THEM what's going on, since your issue seems to be more with AW's attitude than the fact that your pictures are out there. This forum isn't going to do you any good if AW decides to be retarded about it. If you don't communicate with the entity that has the issue, then you'll get nothing done.
Your issue is two fold.
If you have the site where youre picture is being hosted and were simply asking for help in where or how to file a dmca plenty of girls here could help you with that..
But it seems youre having trouble finding the exact spot where youre pictures are being hosted from since you got back 'rejection' letters' in response to the dmcas you sent.
so with out providing the specific link or knowing the site where the picture is hosted of the image you need removed (which I would advise NOT to post in public unless you want your identity revealed here) it would be difficult if near impossible for someone to give you the exact removal procedure in a public forum.
If you want to PM me a link Ill try to find the hosting info tonight or tomm morning, but do not send me your info as I will not send the dmca for you, yo9ud have to do that on your own..
So what it basically is is a guy made a site - hosted by go daddy. featuring a blog, a link to a rotating freeview random room on SM, vids on PH, spam referral links for various other sites blah blah. He then pushes the blog out on to twitter/ tumbler and spreads it around from there trying to get sign up links back. Hes just looking to make money wherever he can... Stealing girls pics off sites it seems ( well technically not 'stealing' from all more like some and 'promoting' for others) Some sites like SM will give affilates materials to use to promote. I dont work at AW but from what I gather they dont. so the OPs content shouldnt have been on there...
according to the site to get it removed the procedure would be
Copyright Infringement Notification
WMTN dot net
Email: contact at media 22. fr
or go to
wmtn. net/contact/ and select dmca
but please be careful visiting there as my pop up blocker detected somekind of malicious attack it block/ I closed it too fast to see if it was from his site or a pop up his site triiggered to opened when I went there...
But basically susie, getting your pic removed from twitter or tumbler isnt going to block it from the source (his site) you need to get it removed from there, or else hes going to just repost it to to another twitter feed later.
If he refuses your DMCA letter then please post back. The next step would be legal action but it might just be your letter wasnt worded properly and there are forums that can help you with that. As long as youre sure that the pic in question was NEVER posted anywhere where your model contract states it can be given to affilates for marketing use, you should be able to have it removed, and even then, if you ask to be excluded you may be.

hmm, well your way of providing copyright is the fact that it is posted to your aw profile... He has no copyright and no legal right to post it anywhere... so your problem is now how to deal with a shitbag who dosent understand dmcas with out having to spend money and involve a lawyer...
i would recommend going over to camgirlnotes (http://camgirlnotes.15.forumer.com/) its another free forum, sign up as a model, and in the restricted section theres a few threads on dmca procedures. theyre old and may not be able to help with your exact problem but read through them anyway to see if you can get any info, if not then PM the mod UL there and he can put you in touch with one of the trusted (male) forum member there who have spent years fighting pirates and working to get content removed and Im sure one of them can help you get some kind of resolution.
I'm on camgirlnotes already, thanks I'll check it out
He understands dmca's and copyright just fine, he talks about it at length on the forum i just found he posted on. He even gives others advice on how to increase their blog traffic by backlinking, scraping content from other blogs etc. Total shit bag.
OK, now I am trying to work on the original image he posted to his site, which is hosted on something called imagetwist com which i believe is a place these guys post porn pics and make money from them. I cannot seem to find the host/ isp/ details to dmca the image site?
Oh Annabellz would you mind breaking the link you posted above to his site as it could lead him right here
Report Abuse / DMCA
To exercise your DMCA rights, your Proper DMCA Notice must be sent to email: reports at imagetwist dot com
Just to update. All images removed as of todayimagetwist removed the one from their servers that twatface was using on wmtn, he and his host/ isp never bothered replying themselves so i will have to watch he doesn't appear with it somewhere else.
Something interesting i learned through this (apart from watermark EVERYTHING!) is that in countries where dmca doesn't apply, or they ignore it, dmca the search engines instead to stop them showing the page, and also the sites payment processors and advertisers![]()
