Rick's is now doing brunch on Sundays. I can't imagine there is much of a demand for this... but maybe I'm out of the loop.
What do you think? Would you go?
Does brunch & boobs make sense?

Foxy Lady in RI has had Leggs and Eggs on Friday morning for years (I think). I've never been, but it seemed pretty crowded on those occasions i happened to drive by..

I go to a fav's club's holiday brunch every year but it's about spending time with her, not the meal. I actually eat meals in a few clubs with my favs. I could see going but, again, it's always about who is working for me. I wouldn't go just for the food. That being said, the "leggs and Eggs" deal that BEM mentioned is basically an excuse for the local construction workers to look at tits while they eat breakfast. Very little money is actually spent on the dancers so, clearly, some guys DO go for the food!

Quite a few clubs with restaurants do "Legs and Eggs", among those that are open all the way to morning.
Rick's Manhattan's "brunch" looks like an extension into the weekend of the concept they already do weekdays of a prix-fixe lunch from 11 to 3 . I'd be a bit wary of how succesful a weekend brunch version could be, though, since the weekday special has a huge built-in target market segment from the business-lunch crowd in lower Midtown and the Saturday/Sunday daytime crowd's demographics just look to me as not necessarily having the same sort of interests. However since many Manhattan clubs don't have dayshifts in the weekend they may be feeling that's an untapped market. And hey, it's Manhattan, you can't just open the bar at noon, there's got to be some fancy value-added element. Call it Brunch and you get to charge 50% more which still looks reasonable.
I've tried their weekday prix-fixe lunch and the food part as such is a decent enough deal for that part of Manhattan. Of course you then factor in the SC aspect, such as beverage costs, tips, dances, etc. and wondering if you have lettuce stuck on your teeth while chatting up the dancer.![]()

I'd go. I think it targets a different demographic than the late night weekend clubber who goes solo. Seems like it would be a more social affair and easier to drag the shy guys in a group along or to broach the subject of going to a strip club with people. I started going because of this convo with some coworkers/friends:
Friend:"Hey, wanna go get fried chicken for lunch this Friday?"
Me:"Sure, where?"
Friend:"Oh, don't worry about it, it'll just take some time because we have to travel..."
Me:"...are we going to a strip club?"
Friends:*laugh out loud*
Not sure the type of money it'd bring in and the time of day would be good for the girls' $/hr ratio, but getting them in the club is the first step right?
