    Default Revlon's Root Erase

I just tried it and I love it.

The applicator has a built-in sponge (like those bingo daubers or those paint pens we used as kids) so there's no bowls or brushes.

(And I love that because I am such a messy dyer. You should see my bathroom door. I used the Clairol foam color and I still ended up dripping a bit. It's ridiculous.)

It takes 10 minutes and it matches whatever hair color you're using. And it's permanent.

(I'm not sure how much it is in the States, but in Canada a box is 7.99.)

My natural roots are light brown and I was matching them to black.

Before I used it, I had about an inch of roots showing.

The color I used to dye my hair was Clairol's Nice 'N Easy Foam in Black.

The color I used to touch up my roots was Revlon's Root Erase in Black.

I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't permanent. (Edited my original post to say it was.)
