Mmmm I love Sriracha too.
It's not hot sauce, but my favorite salsa is Trader Joe's Salsa Autentica. I would drink the entire bottle if no one was watching.

Sriracha gets my vote and anything habanero.
Although If I eat hella sriracha I get a bad headache...anyony know if it has MSG in it? (read the label to no avail)

My mom's home made. It's made of some white vinegar, red peppers, oregano, garlic, and some other herbs. It's mild and more like a vinegrette.

I like sriracha for just about everything except for breakfast and tacos. Those get Tapatio.

Does anyone else like chilis salsa? I think I could drink that stuff.

I LOVE my Moonshine hot sauce (discovered it at the Bass Pro shop), a close second is sriracha & cholula is my third. Yum yum!

Hands down, my vote goes for some good Finadene(a combination of soysauce, vinegar, onions, and donni) made with Rotanese Donni--->http://www.mytenda.com/tenda/product...e9c29ed74c2930
Dave's Insanity Sauce. :-)

Top 3 picks: Z Nothing Beyond, The Ghost Hot Sauce with Bhut Jolokia Peppers, Mad Dog Teriyaki Sauce

McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce. I think that's the name? Anyway it's the shit I always slather my burrito with from Chipotle. -mouth waters- I also like a West Indian hot sauce, though in the islands we call it Pepper Sauce. The brand is Matouks, it's really good with curry dishes/indian food.
