Default payoneer card load and chargebacks?

so i got a payoneer card because im on princess jennys daily pay service with streamate. its gonna be great for getting my payments from streamate but i know i can use it to get paid from guys for cam shows. can guys request refunds like paypal does? im just wondering. ive rarely ever had this problem but im curious what happens if a guy wants a refund and how payoneer handles it.

also, what happens when you have the daily pay service on streamate? is it loaded instantly like paypal payments or does it take a few days to process like when you have direct deposit to your bank? i really need to know this.

    any input? thanks!

Yes they can, and if a guy does do a chargeback, they will freeze your account for months and might even terminate it. That happened to a member on here, and it was not at all her fault. The ONLY safe non-chargeback method is Amazon E-Giftcard.

I would also add that it can/does take several days for a private load to show up in your account, so effectively you are asking for payment several days in advance to be sure you will get the payment. I had a guy try to scam me with payoneer last week. He asked if I accept Payoneer as he had used the method lots of times, I gave him the details he needed, after a few mins he gave me the reciept details i.e ref/inv number and told me what the last 4 digits of my card number was. The payment wasn't showing but he said that was normal and it will take a couple of days but as he had used this plenty of time I 'could trust him' Obviously I refused, politley and told him I would let him know when the payment had cleared, guess whart? It never did. Moral of the story for guys: Don't ever try to scam an experienced cam girl, we talk to eachother. (Any ladies wanting his Skype name pm me ). Moral of the story for ladies: If you can't see the money, it's never gonna be there.

Dont let one bad story that you read on an internet forum put you off, all companies have their bad stories out there.

I trust Payoneer enough to say that if you ever encounter a chargeback there let me know and I will cover the cost of it.

Payoneer is fine to accept private loads through, do what Missymissdemeanour says and wait for it to process, it takes 2 days from memory. As you may already know by now Missymissdemeanour he never sent a payment in your instance, he went through the motions until the last bit then exited the page.

After a payment has been submitted on Payoneer it would be quite rare for it to become a cb and even less if sent as a gift as its harder to contest.

The link for private loads is here , give your email address and not your card number.

When you get sent a partner load you have two options, first is the standard load that takes 2 days to complete ($3) and the second is an instant load, instant load costs $2 more.

If you do well on Streamate you may set your minimum payout higher and get free loads.

lol. Ok then. All I have to say is you NEED to read this: thread if you plan to accept private load payments from customers. Your payoneer card WILL be blocked for 2-3 weeks minimum for investigation if a private load customer creates a dispute. And it usually takes 2-3 months (or longer) for it to be resolved.

I dont think this is reason enough for people not to use it. Sorry I just dont think a blanket ban on the private loads is the right thing to do. Theres alot of people who use it and have no issues at all.

General caution is advised for taking payment by any method but one shouldnt be ruled out because of that.

''Usually'' would suggest you've witnessed this happening a few times? Have you ? I'm not nit picking over your grammar ,I need to know because I've used to this place for pvt loads for a few months now , I read about the one incident , if there's more , I would like to know about them.... amazon gift vouchers won't buy my house - So I guess if the CB ratio is really this small , I'm happy to risk it for a bicuit - Losing account for months however - not good.

No, that's standard time for an item dispute on a debit/credit/bank account. The other immediate time frame (2-3 weeks initially) is what I quoted from the thread I posted who had a payoneer chargeback from a private load, so I'd assume those words/dates came from Payoneer directly.

    Payoneer/Nissim says:

"I cannot read the post she links to, as it is in a section I don't have access to.

Payoneer very rarely cancels accounts. If we are contacted by a loader who claims entirely fraudulent activity, meaning he claims that the Payoneer cardholder stole his card details and made a private load, we will disable the card for use (the account remains open) and contact the Payoneer cardholder for further details. Once we receive a reply from the Payoneer cardholder explaining the situation, we will be able to take appropriate action. This is a procedure our regulators required us to follow,

In all other cases of chargeback requests, we will simply contact the Payoneer cardholder and loader, in an attempt to resolve the issue, however the Payoneer card will remain fully active and enabled for use (this is the large majority of cases). "

OP if you post in Other Work the Nissim the Payoneer rep can answer your questions. It might help to check this out I think you can get a feel for how some issues are addressed and see if that works for you http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...-Thread/page13

Actually I had an issue with a chargeback on a private load with payoneer and Nissim msgd me this which I found extremelyyy helpful.

    "Hi,

In regards to private loads and chargebacks, Payoneer does not directly allow loaders to cancel a payment once it's been loaded to the Payoneer card. The loader of course has the right to file a dispute, as is required by MasterCard regulations and US law. However, if a dispute is filed, we will contact the Payoneer cardholder and request further information in regards to the transaction, in order to confirm that it was valid and fight the dispute.

In order to protect yourself, the best thing to do is to receive written confirmation from the loader, specifically referencing the Payment ID, amount, and authorization of the charge."

So get that written confirmation! A bit of a hassle, but better safe then sorry!

But if an email doesn't count as written confirmation because as quoted from the other thread ' anyone could have sent it ' .... Then WHAT IS written confirmation ? A hand written letter sent in the mail :-S Seems a bit far fetched to me - to ask your customer to print out , sign , scan and return a validated agreement that he paid for a sex service , 99% of my guys wouldn't be up for this and would consider it more than a 'bit' of hassle, for so many reasons !

It doesnt have to reference a 'sex service' just a written agreement that the amount charged is legit, payment id, and signature.

I've had over a handful of guys do it, because they want me to have 100% of the transaction and the figures are pretty high...
and to be honest, none of them even complained.. lol. that's just my custies though. it's not like i'd have to use it unless there was a chargeback i had to dispute.
It just stays in a neat folder in my filing cabinet. But if it seems far-fetched and not worth it to you, then by all means dont do it. Just my personal imput it works for me.

^ Yeah I think 90% of most girls customers would have a problem giving out their signatures - especially if we have to ask them for them . I sure as hell wouldn't give mine out to them , nor another camgirl for that matter -unless it was a personal friend which is a diff issue. Glad it works for your guys though , they obviously trust you more than most . Also there's no saying what they sign with is anything compared to their siggy - It's not like you have a signature from them to compare it to , unless we have to request a copy of their passport/id also ! Don't rely on that signature !
