Default Is AdultFriendFinder or SM an "advertiser" if seen on the pages of a website?

Hiya, still having trouble with one site refusing to take down my copyrighted picture. The host is being a dick and keeps sending me automated messages telling me to contact the website owner! So now I'm dmca ing all the companies I can find on their website including advertisers. There is a big add for adultfriendfinder on there - does that mean they're paying to advertise there?

I ask because i know with sm for example the site owner can just put the sm html on their page, it doesn't mean sm are paying them. Just want to be sure x

AFF are massive affiliates - More likely it's not that they're paying to advertise on there, but rather the website owner is pushing their sponsor material , and AFF know very little about them.

^ I had the same problem as you hun , when some bitch stole my content as her own , but had her website privacy protected and routed through some where on the other side of the planet - It was an impossible mission and I had to get dirty to get it solved !

Well fortunately i found the (very well hidden) isp who resides in the us, so upon receipt of a dmca they swiftly removed it. HOWEVER, the image is still showing up on the site they had the image hosted (you know how when you right click and open image in new tab there is a different url?). Also, some crazy escort in nevada is now using said pic to advertise her services.... tho i'm pretty sure it's the bloke who stole the pic in the first place doing it to piss me off! They rely on us being too naeive about copyright laws and the internet. And they're right cause it's a fookin ball ache!!

Was that off AW missy? Starting to seriously worry about my stuff on there x
