    Tired Stalker customers?

I saw this customer last Thursday towards the end of the night. The club was literally shutting down and he asks me to do a 1/2 room. I agree and ask if he'd like to tip me. He agreed. About five minutes in he leaves and comes back saying that he has to go (he was really drunk and threw up). Nothing strange about that.

He came back today, calls me over, and asks me how much money I want to be happy for the night. I tell him $1,000. So we do an hour room and I asked him halfway through he's talking about how much money he has so I ask him to give me the remaining money for the thousand and he agrees, signs for the card. During the hour he keeps telling me about how I ripped him off Thursday and took advantage of him because he was drunk and how I'm ripping him off now. I don't really think much about it because I'm also drunk and just trying to be playful. We're mostly just talking and he gets up and hovers over me. He's acting really weird, saying that he blames my manager now for what happened Thursday and to come to his room (saying he just wants dances, cuddling whatever). He got angry when I suggested staying at the club and by this time, my manager comes in and tells him he can't be on top of me. After that he's super pissed, telling me he wants his money back and all this shit about how I ripped him off and how he shouldn't have given me any money and then something about going on a date with me, how he wants me to drive him home, and that he'll be waiting outside for me. And at this point I'm starting to feel really uncomfortable and when our hour ends, I go tell my manager what happened and cash my funny money (thinking I was going to go home).

The customer starts an argument with my manager after I'm gone (I guess because he wants his money back). So my manager gets involved and asks what happened, I told him that my customer said he'd give me x amount and I asked for the rest. I guess he told my manager that I was going to go out of the club for dinner (not sex, he never solicited me in the first place either) and my manager is getting upset because he doesn't want to be in the middle of it. He doesn't kick the customer out either I guess because he was spending money on other girls. I went on stage and the guy was literally staring at me smiling making me feel super awkward. I don't even want to leave at this point because I'm scared of him following me out. I told my manager this and he said he'd have a few bouncers walk me to my car. I don't want this customer to even know what car I drive so I talk to a few girls in the dressing room to distract him so I can get out of the club quickly. Now that I think about it, I think he had a friend with him and I think the friend was outside when I left and that's really scary to me

Now I'm scared to go in tonight and I'm scared that his friend saw what kind of car I drive (no one followed me home, I know that). I've never had a customer legitimately mad at me. He didn't threaten me but I felt really threaten by the way he was watching me on the floor, arguing with my manager, and blaming me for "ripping him off." I'm pretty sure he was super drunk or on drugs. Maybe I'm just blowing things out of proportion because I was super wasted last night and don't remember a lot but I've never dealt with something like this.

Does this sound like a potential stalker or just some customer that was drunk and irate?

If you can, get a ride to work for your next few shifts and get picked up when you're done. If you have any guy friends that could help you out here, it will probably make you more comfortable and you'll appear to be less of an easy target.
If the guy continues to come into your work and make you uncomfortable, have another talk with your manager and tell him your safety is being threatened, and the manager should have no problem having the guy 86'ed from the club (not allowed to return).

I'm having my ex's brother drop me off/pick me up for the rest of the week . I live with three other men so I'm not too worried about my safety at home.

Apparently this customer knows the weekend manager (at least by name) and does come in regularly to spend a lot of money on the girls so I'm not sure if my manager would kick him out just for being creepy. He never threatened me, I just felt threatened by his attitude and tone. I hope the experience made him upset enough never to return.

try not to worry too much about his attitude. ive had customers get mad at me for all sorts of things, whether its because they are weird, i dont dance dirty enough, or regulars that eventually get mad that i "led" them on.. in his case he def sounds like hes on drugs along with being drunk and that explains his behavior, that and the fact that he has alot of money makes him a douche on top of it. if he spends money on other girls or is semi- regular, you are probably not the only one who has dealt with him so maybe ask around and be sure he hasnt singled you out. it sounds like taking other transport as you have is the best/only thing to do. good luck

This is a side-effect of drinking too much at work, getting sucked into a customer's drama. I suggest being sober. That way you will make more money and keep your sanity. You will also know sooner when to avoid bad people.

Nah, I make way more money being drunk. I have more patience, less bored, and much more fun to be around.

In general, I don't gravitate towards bad people. I'm not drunk to the point of being sloppy and can recognize when to leave things be. When I met this guy, I thought he was just a normal guy. This is the first time in five years this has ever happened.

Sounds like an angry drunk to me. When a guy barfs and keeps the party going , he's an alcoholic. He's fucked in the head can't believe he hovered with vomit breath ugg---nasty business .. that guy.

Ew no, he barfed in the bathroom.. He was really trashed Tuesday but not as bad as the first time. I think he just started tripping because he was either coming down from drugs/alcohol, or because he realized I wasn't going to go home with him.

Never get drunk at work, that is an accident waiting to happen. If you need to get drunk to handle this job, it's not for you. I agree with the having someone pick you up because you never know. I have gotten into arguments with nasty customers (most of which were drunk/stoned)and most were never problems. In fact a few later apologized.

Hard to say if he will be a stalker but very good advice to ALWAYS be on alert. Sadly, it often seems to be the "nice" guys at the clubs who turn out to be stalkers. I once had a group of Mexican men follow me to my car and luckily I got in and sped away before they could follow me. Another dancer I worked with had a regular follow her to her apartment and try to climb into her bedroom. He was arrested.

This guy sounds potentially dangerous for sure, but do NOT let him scare you! Fuck that! Assert yourself, when he told you he is going to meet you outside, I would've stood up to him. Guys like this thrive off of scaring girls and over powering them, and I always flip that shit back on them.

Please please please, don't EVER let a customer intimidate you, threaten you, try to scare you, or make you feel uncomfortable. Stand up to them and put a stop to that behavior right then and there. If I felt like a guy might follow me home or do something bad I would be calling friends, describing his car, calling the police, getting any information about him that I could. Did you see his license? Get his first and last name, when he starts to passive aggressively threaten you, address him by his full name, mention where he works, etc. whatever info you got out of him when he was drunk. Guys like to remain anonymous to us, and in my experience it scares them when we know too much about their personal lives, jobs, wives, etc.
