    Default Hiding razor burn help!

I exfoliate, have bought the BEST shave creams, powders, and sprays to help keep razor burn away but I still get it!! The products help me from not having so much but they don't completely eliminate the problem so... How do I hide those pesky red bumps? Do guys really care or take notice? And what if I have an old pimple on my butt that left a red mark that has yet to fade? Will the guys be turned off by it? My fiancé says I'm worrying too much over little things but damn it I want perfect skin like so many dancers I see!

Do any of you have these problems? Any advice would help! Thanks!

I've learned from a stripper that a little bit of deodorant on your razor burn will help to soothe it, allow your panties to slide over the stubble instead of lifting and irritating. Definitely wash the area gently but thoroughly after you're done or else it'll just end up more irritated from having gross old deodorant and sweat all up in the sensitive pores. Other than that, I have no idea! I do this occasionally and I still have problems with razor burn.

I don't know if guys notice or care, but you could put a little bit of concealer on it for the time being? Not too much or else you'll get an awkward brown smudge on the customer's clothes

I use aloe vera gel afterwards.

I know exactly how you feel, no matter what I do I get some razor bumps. My doctor once told me though to shave in the direction of the hair so that you will not get razors bumps/ingrowns and I have to say that it does help some. One other thing my doctor has told me was not use to scented lotions. Scented lotions irritate your skin and thus could cause burning, itching, etc.

If all else fails you could also try waxing. I wax now and find that it lasts longer as well as eliminates razor bumps. But to answer your question about men noticing I don’t think they notice or for that matter care too much as long as you’re hot and take care of yourself. I have never had someone ask me about my razor bumps.

    Hope that helps.

Not sure if this helps but, I've noticed that shave lotions like Coochie cream work a lot better than shave creams- the kind that foam up. It gets much closer, smoother, and doesn't dry out the skin. It also stays on the skin much better and longer, rather than being removed by the razor blade.

When I get razor burn I cover it up with dermablend. Same for any marks on my legs or butt. Sometimes I have to reapply it a couple times throughout the night, but it really helps hide the razor burn and makes my coochie look flawless. Lol.

Thanks y'all. I went ahead and got waxed. Red for a day and a half And I have no ingrown hairs. Making sure exfoliate really well every time I bathe. I still have at least one red mark left from a pimon my butt every time I go to the club. I was thinking of covering it with a small fake tattoo. :p
