    Default MSN question

Can someone help me - I do a lot of communication with my guys over msn - and always get bombarded by bots - In the past it was real easy to block on msn , you just hit 'ignore' button in the chat aplet , but in the latest version it seems that you have to find the person in your list , and then right click and then choose 'appear offline ' to this contact . This is a.) I pain in the ass and b.) Can't be done with people who aren't on my list . I've blocked and removed all the spammers on my list --- but my question is; How do I go about blocking those not on my list . I am obviously on THEIR list as they message me the moment I sign in , but seeing that they're not on my list , does it mean adding them to my list, in order to block and delete ? Seems a bit ridiculous - or am I missing a simple method ? Help appreciated.

Anyone? It seems like a menial problem , but when I log in , I must get about 30 bot messages from bots not on my list , when I try to add them in order to block them , they deny my add - grrrr ... Is there a block function somewhere else in windowslive ... I wish it was like the old version - I'm tempted to go back , though cam then won't be compat' with most my custys
