    Default sore body from dancing

After a very long break i started dancing again. My body has been really sore after only one shift. Is there anything to eat (certain fruits?) or any physical activity (exercise) that would help speed up the healing process?

The pole burn doesn't feel too good, looks like i developed a large bruise on my rib :o

Some girls talked about Bromelain or eating pineapples which has bromelain in it to help with bruising and healing ...I have not tried it yet so I am not sure..

Continually dancing or working out. If you keep re-stretching those muscles consecutively, the pain will gradually decrease.

To help with the soreness you are feeling take epson salt baths and use arnica oil for any bruising

You can get arnica pills and cream for bruising, just make sure you use the cream at the end of the night so you don't slip on the pole. Also flax seed oil and protein shakes help the muscles repair quicker. For aches a good 20-30 mins of stretching after you shift (and holding stretches 30-60seconds) will do wonders.
