Ummmm I got my money okay yesterday on the 4th. I hope you get yours soon! Idk if you are talking about today or not.
Ty for responding and im so upset bc my banking institution said they do not see any notifications of a direct deposit being sent and they said that means nothing was sent to me. I told this to daily pay and they said they show my money was sent to me so now wtf am I supposed to do? This is not the first time I've had problems with daily pay and it seems like they are not trying to help me
So I guess my money is just lost!
If you are getting direct deposits did you wait the initial 3-5 days to get the first pay. Then it's daily after that (as long as you make money daily), minus the weekends.
Each financial institute is different in terms of how long it takes to process incoming payments.
Forgot to mention that yesterday was a federal US holiday. meaning all banks are closed and they will not process incoming direct deposits, so yes there would be a delay on the banks side.....not daily pay side.





All pay has been sent ok and arrived on time for all methods, with the exception of ACH Direct Deposits to the US because of a national public holiday. This cannot be changed by us sorry.
The money cannot just be lost either. We have been as helpful as possible in the tickets.
I get my money DD on my prepaid card and it's always been there so I figured it was late due to the holiday but when I spoke to customer service they keep telling me that the holiday has nothing to do with it and that if a DD had been sent the would see a notification for a deposit coming in and they dont see that. They keep telling me to talk to the company that sent the DD. Frankly they are making me angry because they are rushing me off the phone and their accents are so thick I cant understand anything they say without having to ask them to repeat themselves 3-4 times. Also I didn't receive the daily pay email that I always get when money has been sent to me so that also made me think there may be a problem.
Even with prepaid card it goes through the federal clearing house. This won't happen on/during holidays - so whoever said that has nothing to do with it is unfortunately wrong. Anyways, hope you get money![]()





The not receiving an email for the Direct Deposit is a flag of some sort. I would check spam box etc for it.
As you can see from the recent screenshot the payment left here and Payoneer confirm everything appears normal.
This leaves the payment in mid flow between us and the DD pre-paid card.
The only factor I can see influencing the timing of the payment is the holiday.
As mentioned the bank rep isnt right about the notification.
You will get your money, don't worry!
If you use a US bank isntead of a prepaid card, there is a one business day delay usually because banks are closed on holidays.





If you use a card it should be there.
If you use a bank account, the delay has nothing to do with PJ it has to do with how long your bank waits before it processes the funds.
Yeah the reason why I was contacting daily pay is because 3 different ppl including a supervisor in customer service kept telling me that they get notifications send to the for every direct deposit they receive and that they didn't get that notification and they can't help me any further. That I would have to contact whoever send me the DD and with that, they got off the phone with me. Also I did not get the daily pay email I normally get when money is sent to me and that was a concern for me
