How do you bridge that gap? I know it is possible, and have seen it done night after night by certain girls. It drives me crazy that I can make 1,000 on a Tuesday and 200 on a Thursday. What do some earners do to stay really consistant?

If there is one thing this job does not have is consistency...at least not in any club I have ever worked...
Having regulars is the best way to maintain a constant income, but even that isn't a guarantee. The fact is, that sometimes the club will be full of customers who want you, sometimes it will be empty, and sometimes it will be full of customers that want nothing to do with you. That's just the nature of the business.
The most important thing you can do to combat this is save your money for the inevitable rainy days and take care of your bills asap.
I was just thinking of starting this exact same thread. I either seem to be the top earner or the bottom earner. I know this business isn't consistent but I feel like I have this problem more than other girls to the point where it's a running joke with management. I think a lot of my problem is that my mind set is not very consistent, Im not someone who can just put my work mask on and get on with it, unfortunately if I feel low or unattractive there's no hiding it and one day I can feel ridiculously confident and the next I completely doubt my looks and hustle ability. OP I don't know if you are similar? If not then it probably is just like a previous poster said that the club is not consistent so neither is your result.

Happened to me all of the time. Now I stagger days. Unless there is some on-going event or a specific stretch for the holidays, I work one day, take another off, I work one day, take the next one off... etc.
It's tricky for me, because if I have a good night.... it's so exciting to come back in 13 hours later.... heck when it's good I wish I could just stay! LOL.
Somehow, it is difficult to make lightning strike twice in a row. Perhaps my excitement masks my exhaustion. If things don't ramp up to the previous nights levels of awesome I find it very easy to lose steam.![]()
I know better now, after a few years of attempting to have a string of amazing nights... over and over again... I have learned to recharge the batteries and come back strong.
P.S. I also hated the fact that I would have great nights where I was thrilled and happy... and the awful nights right after would nullify that happiness. It was for my emotional wellbeing that I decided to stagger my schedule.

I hardly have two good nights in a row. I guess I've learned to accept it - kinda.
welcome to the world of stripping.
