I'm going to try it, lets face it- it's the bottom half that concerns me.

Hmmm. That's different for sure, and goes against everything I've ever learned about training. But, when he made that comment about ballerinas and gymnasts that kind of makes sense. But them again, those athletes tend to be smaller anyways. But then again, there's that ballet workout and it's almost everyday and it leaned up a friend of mine pretty quickly like the guy in the YouTube clip said.
Idk. U guess id want to look at those articles that were published before I made a final decision on it.

Personally I think yoga is better for that if you don't want upper muscles. You don't see a fat woman who's doing yoga for long lol

Worth a shot. I'm not too concerned about my lower half though. More so my stomach and arms. I wonder if it'd work for those areas as well?

Makes sense, I like his philosophy. If you decide to try it I'd love to know what your results are.
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

^ He makes a point of saying you must have a base level of fitness to before starting, and makes a point of talking about injury stemming from overtraining. I'm waiting on his response to a request for more info.
