This has happened to me TWICE ... I change my address in C4S and it sends my cheque to my old address.
I moved last August and I changed my address in the middle of August to my updated address. I didn't receive a cheque until November and it was sent to the old address (which happened to be my parents address ... so I still got it ... but I don't want it mailed to my parents address obviously!!).
Now again, I moved at the end of April, and I changed my address at that time as well. My next payment was July 5 and the cheque was sent to my old address as well. (I had redirect on for the post office so I did receive it.)
I keep emailing support and they say "change your profile". I *HAVE* changed my profile - I'm extremely computer savvy, it's not that hard to change an address. I keep asking if there is another spot I need to change it and they say no, just your profile. I have taken a screenshot of my profile page with my current address and emailed it to them and they don't seem to get it.
Anyone else have this problem?? Anyone know what I should do??
