Default Ok to use lemon juice on processed hair?

I'm going to a baby shower Sunday thats also a pool party so I figured I'd try it. Is that ok for my hair or is it bad?

^ Are you using it to lighten? I use to use it on my hair and vodka too when I was a dirty blonde and it lightened it a bit. I liked sun in better, I doubt they make that anymore and you wouldn't want to use that on processed hair.

They still have Sun-In. I saw it a few weeks ago at CVS.

^ That's funny....that was the first thing I used to lighten my hair when I was 15. I use to go crazy with it putting it in and blow drying since I lived in chicago and it wasn't always warm enough to go in the sun. When I moved to florida I just went in the sun with it and they also came out with another brand like it.Oh I use to love that stuff but I could never use it now since my hair has grey now and I get it highlighted/ lowlighted.

Me, too! I bought it and used it without my moms permission. She was so mad at me! It does look good though.

^ Yeah sun-in only lightens the hair a few shades so you have to be like a dirty blonde to use it. When I couldn't find it anymore I just mixed hydrogen peroxide and water and did the same thing.
