He was charged under $2 for a 15 minute block session. My rate is $2.99 a minute he was charged $2.84. It is listed as premium block.
All I want to know is if I should see the whole earnings for the session RIGHT NOW and if I need to contact support for a billing error.

I no longer offer block sessions because I read in another thread that there have been lots of issues with them. I think it may be in the SM thread. Im sorry this happened to you =/ I would not offer them till SM gets their shit together

Anything under 3 minutes is billed per minute at the discounted rate. Once they pass 3 minutes it goes to the full block price. This was discussed in another thread just last week. I had this issue almost a year ago and cs told me it was 2 minutes, but evidently now it's 3.

I had this happened to me too and it has to go over 3 mins for you to get paid the full amount. I offered block sessions but the first 3 mins will be lots of teasing. My bra and nothing will come off til it passes the 3 mins just like 30 secs in pvt. Don't beat yourself for it. You didn't know!
Meh, I only do milk shows in block sessions, and most guys want to see the belly for a while first, this guy wanted the milk like THEN. I guess I'll have to do the stall, I need to get better at it anyways.
(p.s. sorry if anyone is weirded out by the lactation talk)
Thanks, I actually needed the "don't beat yourself" thing. I was feeling crappy since I realized it's not an "error". I even e-mail support about it already and I don't feel like sending a "nevermind" e-mail. Whatever, they owe me a response, how can they NOT make that clear to us? Did I miss something in text?
I guess I always think people are weirded out by it because I have a cam girl friend who won't cam while lactating because "that's for me child, not for me to profit" and now I'm like **shameshameshame** lol to be fair, the baby isn't here yet and it's not just a little bit so I mean, whatever I don't need to justify anythaang![]()

If he wanted the milk "right then", block him so that he doesn't come in and do it again. Some guys KNOW that the first 3 minutes of a block are billed by the minute, and they'll take full advantage of that.
Thanks guys! I will for sure just ban anyone who does the "rush" thing again. I really think this guy knew about the block show billing cheat.
But really, how lame is it they still get the discounted rate? They get that rate for taking me for 15 minutes. So they get rewarded anyways if it's under 3? I am having duck in LAME SAUCE for dinner tonight.

To be fair, if they're having connection issues, that's why they're allowed the discounted rate.
I'm not understanding why a connection issue should grant them a discounted rate? The discounted rate is for a BLOCK of time. If they don't pay for that block, they should not get the discount. I didn't think the discount was a "connection buffer". That's what the free 30 seconds is for.
Well, if a guy is having a connection issue due to SM (which I'm sure we can ALL relate to, unfortunately), it isn't fair that he get billed for an entire block when he only gets to stay in the show for 2 minutes. However, that's why SM allows the customer to come back at any point during the next two hours to finish his session (and if he does, you will get the entire 15 minute block rate). It is possible that the cutsomer joined your block, started having techinical issues, and had to log out/reboot. But, if he didn't come back shortly thereafter to attempt to complete the session then he's probably just a manipulator and should be avoided, because that's just not cool.
This, combined with the 30 unbilled seconds makes me think the 3 minutes is like saying "if you don't like the show, you don't have to pay for the block you booked", not a technical consideration. It's like you have three minutes to "choose" if you like the show and pay for it. I guess the fact that they can come back later AND there's 3o unbilled seconds - that I think is 20 seconds too long - for tech considerations it doesn't seem that the three minutes is anything but an option to opt out after the girl has gotten started.
^This, exactly. I totally understand the site allowing the customer to opt out of paying for the entire show if he's either having connection issues or the model is not doing exactly what he was asking for in the block. However, he should then be charged for the time he spent in private at the FULL rate, not the discount. The discount is a reward for committing to a certain amount of time, and the model should not be punished for the customer's connection issues. If the customer leaves after just a couple minutes, then the show is exactly the same as a regular private where the customer has the option to leave ANY time he chooses.
This is nothing but SM's way of covering themselves in case of chargebacks and, unfortunately there are many customers out there who are scum and will just do chargebacks because they can, not because there was actually something wrong with their connection or the show. So while SM will tell you "Usually a customer leaves within the first three minutes only if there's a connection issue" what they're not telling you is "We have significantly reduced our number of chargebacks by allowing customers to intentionally or unintentionally cheat you."
