    Default Tired of the Approach

So at my club, I have been at for about 8 months, I have definitely impoved my hu$tle to become one of the top earners. I generally do not have issues with dances, but you have those days where you hustle your ass off and customers reject you and go buy dances/tip girls who never talked to them or are more focused on getting drunk at the bar. I know everyone has their preferences, but I'm thinking about just not hustling customers unless they tip me or approach me altogether. Thoughts?

Pick out the ones that pay the most attention to you.

Or accept that you can't win them all?

The hustle that you're talking about CAN work, if you do it right. It's basically what I do. I spend the whole night either on stage, or walking around the floor. The only people I spend any time with are the ones that come ask for me, the ones that tip me, or the ones following me around with my eyes all night. I have a small, VERY loyal following of regulars, and it makes it so that I can pretty much rely on a good amount of money every night that I work. However, since this is a hustle of QUALITY customers, rather than QUANTITY, you have to do things a little different. My relationships with my customers are a lot more personal, and I spend a lot more time with them than is usual. I will literally spend all night with one of my regulars, and he will keep me dancing all night, except for my smoke breaks, and if I leave for a song or two to dance for someone else.

The big thing with this sort of hustle though, is you have to CONNECT. You can't treat the ones that do approach you like you treat every other customer. They have to feel like you are there for them, just like they are there for you. If you let them approach you, rather than doing the rounds, you will have fewer customers, but the advantage is that they already like you enough to approach you, it's easy to keep them if you put a little effort into the relationship.

With this hustle, I get to spend all night making myself pretty, dancing on stage, and talking to people I genuinely like, and I manage to make a CONSISTENT amount of money that keeps me quite happy, even only working two nights a week.
