Yeah, I thought the same thing too, but it's still fucked up how that session went.

I'd never let a stranger on the 'net see/hear me cry about something so personal. I'd rather do that with close family and friends I trust.

I had a guy who ended up guessing at a pretty traumatic event from my past. Someone had inadvertently triggered a flashback and I was pretty upset; honestly, this was the point at which I should have just logged off, but I was alone at home with my toddler, and my regulars were actually helping me to feel better about it (they didn't know what it was, just knew that a flashback of some sort had been triggered by something). This one guy had been white-knighting for a while, and I don't know why I hadn't just kicked him out at this point. Getting angry at people "on my behalf", getting upset that I had a boyfriend ("You could have at least lied about it!"), stuff like that, and now he was attempting to find out exactly what my flashback was all about, when all anyone else cared about was just making me feel better (the guy who had accidentally triggered it tipped me pretty generously in apology, and said he felt horrible about the whole thing). The white knight actually did manage to guess what it was, and at that point I banned him, while everyone else in the room was ripping him a new one.

He was just being a douchebag white knight, and inappropriately curious. I can't imagine what I would have felt like if he had given any sort of positive reaction upon guessing the most traumatic event in my life.

I like the soulful sounds of explosions, romantic walks to the fridge,

When it comes to most fetishes, I have a " to each his own" mentality. Like one of the other models who posted on here said, if you're into it, OWN it!
Don't get pissy because a camgirl doesn't see eye to eye with you.

There are a few things that make me go " wtf?!" but to be honest, I'll cater to *just* about anything in Exclusive chat if it is legal and nobody innocent/unwilling is getting hurt.

There are very few patrons I would classify as "sick".

The ones that come into a pregnant model's private and ask her to pretend like she's fucking the baby during her show? That's sick. Asking a model to pretend to be their pregnant under-18 daughter? Sick. Turning on C2C only to see that they have a child in the room with them while they wank? Sick.

Fetishes are fetishes. They don't bother me, despite my feelings toward the activity in question.

But I define sick as someone that obviously has something very, very wrong in their heads.

Some I do, most I don't. Just like the general populace I meet IRL. There doesn't have to be sex involved for me to think someone is "sick" - but that also doesn't mean that anything gets a free pass with me as not being "sick" once sex does become involved. Sometimes it's just easier to judge a customer because most people you come across in day-to-day personal interactions do not get that intimate with you that quickly.

I hardly think that "most" camgirls here hate their customers - or, at least, all their customers. The posts I see about someone being "sick" or saying "they're just on a camsite because they can't get a girl IRL" come from a place of venting and protecting ourselves emotionally. We can talk all day long about how this job isn't personal and we shouldn't let guys get to us, but the fact of the matter is that this job can strike our emotions in very hard and personal ways, and sometimes we can't just brush it off without a little bitching and "group therapy" in CC. When someone does something that upsets us emotionally, on a camsite or not, our gut reaction is to defend ourselves by trying to put them down and make their opinion not matter because we are deeming them "wrong" or "worthless" in our heads. It's only natural. When someone starts trolling you or launching into something that makes you uncomfortable without asking first, is it really common to have a reaction of "oh, he's just different from me. No big." No, of course not, because it becomes 10x more difficult to get over a comment or action by someone acting like a dickhead if we're sitting there telling ourselves that they are just as viable a human being as we are, which logically would = their opinion of us and their stupid comments or crass behavior matter. Sometimes we need to tell ourselves that we were just dealing with some sick loser so that we can move past the emotional upset they caused.

No, it is not fun to be generalized, but I think there is a difference between guys who just automatically and always make shitty comments about how stupid and whorish all sex workers are just because they are full of self-loathing and they want to hate on a easy target, and when a girl who has had an upsetting experience with an asshole or two vents sometimes in order to protect herself mentally. At the end of the day, I think the majority of girls here like most of their customers and don't find their experiences with them and their sexual desires too upsetting, otherwise they wouldn't keep doing this job. But as with any job, the assholes stand out and we feel the need to vent about them for catharsis.
Don't try to win over the haters. You are not the Jerk Whisperer.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

In many cases, "sick" is just a subjective barometer of how little any given person understands a particular fetish.

Don't like a certain kind of roleplay? Call 'em sick!

    * "I love incest roleplay but pretending to be under 18 is just SICK! ew, pedo-satisfiers like that should be shot lol becuz havin' them bein shot's not sick hehe"

    It's a buzz-word for taste...

No fantasy or fetish is sick to me unless a living thing is actually being harmed in the process of acting it out IN REALITY. This leaves a pretty wide berth for fantasy, because there's a huge difference between the two. It's shocking how many people seem to think they're basically the same thing and that if you fantasize about something extreme / illegal, that is a clear sign that you want that extreme / illegal something in reality.

That's akin to going up to someone playing a video game which involves physical violence and telling them they need help - if they don't mind beating the shit out of people in fantasy, well by golly he must want to in reality, and thus is a HARM TO SOCIETY! Let's lock him up for our own peace of mind!

To me, that certain mentality * - especially if it's paired with guilt trips, emotional blackmail and manipulation i.e. "You should get yourself into a psychiatric institution ASAP as you could be a harm to someone. I hate sharing this site with girls like you who have this fetish. If I were around you I don't even know what I would do tbh.. things I can't say here on this site or else I would get banned." < Now this is infinitely more sick and repulsive to me than any fantasy or fetish.

And yes, I have had the displeasure of facing remarks like that on SW. This disgusts me, especially coming from people whose job IS fantasy, and whose education ought to be one of delving into it and better harnessing their knowledge on it and it's clear boundaries.

What someone likes to think about whilst they pleasure themselves is none of my business.

If it IS my business, and a client wants me to act it out: I have the choice of doing so or not, and me declining their invitation is not going to change them and I shouldn't try to unless they are harming a living thing.
