I thought something had gone wrong with daily pay , as my account was well under what it should be , however upon logging into internet banking , I realised that every debit I made on my card over the past 2 days ( shopping spree ) , it had gone out TWICE . That took the bill up to over 1000£ . It was too late to call their support, but then on the news I saw it confirmed that other people were suffering the same fate . However this morning I checked to see the charges have now been reversed, and there's an apology letter in my banking page regarding what happened. There are two small payments which have not been reversed , So I will be calling in on monday regarding those .
Just a heads up to anyone with a nationwide account, it's not your cam payments going awol , it's the bank its self !! Argh -- Keep a close eye![]()
