None. I'm so not a diet type of girl, never have been. I just use the everything in moderation and small proportions thought. Nothing wrong with diets though, I just can't give up my foods!![]()

But anywah, my favourite diet is the one where I eat pizza, garlic bread, pasta, chips, McDonalds and some fuckin' CHICKEN WINGS.





Low carb with no grains, alcohol, sugar, coffee etc...I lost 30lbs in 5 months last year.

I started on Atkins but didn't follow it exactly. Now I eat low carb and sometimes I carb cycle (otherwise known as cheating). Lost 50lbs so far![]()
Vegan and lots of vodka and energy drinks! (I've just lost 10lb) I avoid anything that is far-removed from its natural state (I/E I would rather eat quinoa than pasta)...
Well when I am not pregnant, I just watch wut I eat. So far that method has always worked for me :-)
I lost 50 pounds on a low-carb diet consisting mostly of lean meats, legumes, veggies, some brown rice, and fruits. I'm trying to cut back on the meat, but damn is it tasty. That being said, occasionally I just get some ice cream or whatever. Everything in moderation. Also sashimi. Now, alas, I'm hungry. I wouldn't say it's my favourite diet... that would be something like sweet food all day every day, lol.
I do a very strict version of Atkins and I never cheat if I want to maintain my weight loss. SIGH. lol





My body LOVES paleo like nothing else.
