I do this, too.I have to offer discounts and apologies. Bar and dinner doesn't work either. We can't go to the gym because we would be stanky. I am trying REALLY hard not to take a nap right now.


That sounds so frustrating.
Here's what I would advise:
1 - Turn the A/C off. Its really easy to want to curl up under the covers on a cool bed. Only turn the A/C back on for appointments.
2 - If you do eat, eat light. Avoid "heavy" foods like gravies and pastas and other carbs. They make you sluggish and sleepy.
3 - Do something stimulating, like learning a new language, or math problems, sewing , on-line classes, etc. Not reading or cruising the interwebs, something you have to think about while you do it.
4- Play upbeat music
5 - Make more money! Webcam, make sexy clips, or phonesex!

3. Wait for next call.

i have done that and worse but that would have to be a separate thread...between appointments i walk my dog, run to the store or rx because i almost always need something, obviously clean up myself and my place and get ready for the next one, reapply makeup from scratch, do my hair differently, try on new outfits and see how they work with what i had already, work on my ad ( i am forever doing this), look for a photog, catch up on emails, texts, look through ISO forums, surf the internet, try and catch up on music clients give me, online shopping...i try not to get too comfortable with my dog in my lap or arms because i will always fall asleep! oh and sometimes if i'm feeling particularly fat i will do a mini workout. i sweat but rarely smell (thankfully) and since i'm home i just rinse off real quick, soap up my pink parts and get ready for whatever is next.
